He calls before he comes and today, I had something unexpected come up and had to leave as he was coming in to complete our service. Ben knows my home and that I have dogs and cats. When I let him know that I had to leave, but that my mother was there and the animals were up and out of his way, he went in my home, per my request, and completed the service. Once complete, he called me to let me know what he had done and what to expect in the coming weeks from the treatment. Ben is absolutely amazing, the best of the best. I also requested to speak with a manager about the situation, but I never received a callback. Every time I called, I was told the manager was in meetings, and no one ever followed up.
