He calls before he comes and today, I had something unexpected come up and had to leave as he was coming in to complete our service. Ben knows my home and that I have dogs and cats. When I let him know that I had to leave, but that my mother was there and the animals were up and out of his way, he went in my home, per my request, and completed the service. Once complete, he called me to let me know what he had done and what to expect in the coming weeks from the treatment. Ben is absolutely amazing, the best of the best. My request was not honored, and the technician still came to my home. I reviewed my security camera footage and confirmed that the technician rang my doorbell and then left. I also requested to speak with a manager about the situation, but I never received a callback. Every time I called, I was told the manager was in meetings, and no one ever followed up. The lack of communication and poor customer service were extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and suggest looking elsewhere if you have other options.

What's crazy is that I've received several texts and emails about new services and add ons to my service but no communication on a missed payment until the next bill. I call the main number on the website to see if they can tell me why my payment wasn't made because there was nothing wrong on my end or wrong with my card. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and just said she didn't know- wasn't willing to even look into it. Whatever. So I ask her if she can tell me why I never got a response from my technician to schedule. She proceeded to say that they don't have to reply and I should have just called the main number to schedule. At this point I wish I had just gone with a different company. Especially after everyone I have talked to about this has said they've had bad experiences also. I would like to report White Knight Pest Control for unethical services…read more They had a door to door salesperson who gave me a price that the company said was not correct and that the company will not honor. When trying to cancel service, I was now told me that I am liable for the discounted amount for the initial service. On top of that the technician, told me that he was not licensed and was just working off the company license. Which is why he said they don't use "stronger" chemicals that other pest control companies use. This company seems very unethical and now wants to charge me what they say was the discount. Please do not give this company your business.
