It hit a point where my exterminations were telling me about back of house issues and to stop calling for etas or else they are being constantly checked on so then in turn you have poor service cause they are trying to be in and out to get to the next house. Ive been on Medical Leave since October, they have been showing up to my house and trying to talk to me through my fence over NINETY DOLLARS. They tell me every-time they'll leave me alone until Im back on my feet but Im still getting calls, people at my house, and mail all over. The customer service agent "Justin" started to get dismissive and try and get me off the phone when I was trying to get them to stop coming to my house, they are the ones bothering me on a daily basis. Update a day or 2 later: still calling and harassing me, its hit the point Im irritated and they refuse to listen to reason what so ever and instead want to collect on my disability checks. I had a few squirrels on my roof and thought, no big deal. But when a raccoon started getting in my…read moretrash and ended up on the roof one night, I figured it was time to call it an expert. And I am so glad that I did. I did some research online and found Wildlife Rangers. I spoke to Gregg, the owner, and he offered to come out that same day. His trip here confirmed that there was some animal activity on the roof and it looked like they had made my roof their home for quite some time. He set several traps and told me to text him if anything were to appear in the traps, even if it were late at night. Early the next morning I woke to see a large raccoon in one of the traps. Craig came out and removed him immediately. The following day we caught a squirrel in one of the traps and later that evening a second raccoon. Over the course of the next few days Gregg came out to check the traps to make sure that we had caught all of the potential problems. Once we were confident that no more animals were living on the roof or in the attic, Greg removed all the traps. The final step was to go into the attic to find out what damage was done there, and if any other animals were left behind. Greg spent an hour going through the attic thoroughly, and found one dead squirrel and removed it. All in all, it was over a weeks worth of work and Greg was consistent in communicating with me to let me know what the next steps were. The price was also very fair, considering all the time and effort that was put in to getting up on the roof, setting traps, removing those traps and finally, removing any dead rodents from the attic. This is a job that I could've never done on my own so I am so glad I got a professional involved. Way more involved than I thought. I could not have been more pleased with how professional and thorough Gregg and his company were in handling this issue.
