I recently bought a house in Lakeland - and being from California -wanted to make sure it didn't have any of the local "pests" that y'all are accustomed to here. My house also hadn't been lived in for over a year. I got several quotes online and went with Zen Pest Solutions because they also have an organic solution that I prefer to use. Scheduling the appointment was easy. Mike H. is my "guy" for this service. He showed up on time and was very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all of my questions and went about treating my home before I moved in. A few weeks later, after I moved in, I saw a couple of live sugar ants (?) and he came back out at no charge and retreated. We use the potent, strong stuff outside (chemical pesticide) and the organic stuff inside - so me and my kitties are not exposed to the chemicals. I signed up for the quarterly service. When it was time for my next service Mike contacted me, came out, and took care of business. And I can honestly say I have not seen a living thing - other than a baby lizard (?) - inside for the past three months.
