They have planned activities and utilize a good area of the floor including the foam pits, the rings, and mats. They have a private room just for the party to eat. There only down side is the aisle is narrow and the coat/shoe room is smack in the middle of the entry to a locker room. So you had children walking through while others are trying to get on/shoes. If safely say it Appears to be a real gymnastics training center.

Less than five minutes later a young woman comes up to us and tells us he's too young for the party and throws him at our feet. He's now upset and crying. If they did not plan on including my son, I would have never came. But this is a party for a preschooler. All the kids were 3, 4, and 5 years old. Not sure who management was expecting their audience to be. If they can't include all the kids, why are they even hosting kids parties? Also, they don't let the parents into the gymnasium. The signs are clear and we weren't given an option. The parents are corralled into a narrow corridor and it's hard to move around. I can only describe the gymnasium activities as chaotic. There isn't an area sectioned off for the party on the gym floor. There are other random customers practicing gymnastics where ever they want. They keep shooing the kids party away from the regular customers claiming the equipment is dangerous. I look around for management. No one is in the lobby where we checked in, I ask another coach who is in charge, she points at someone helping a student on the uneven bars. It appears there is no real management, only gymnasts. And it's clear gymnasts are prioritized over the party. I would definitely avoid if you are planning a party for a preschool aged kid or expect a modicum of management. Also, avoid if you don't want to fight with your wife all weekend because you left a party early because they wouldn't include your kid. There are more inclusive facilities in the area where the kids are allowed to play on the equipment with no randoms practicing while the party is going on.

They won't serve water at the food/drink spot - bring your own bottle to fill at fountain. Some kids are really big and aren't as nice to the little children when crowded. Most parents aren't watching their kids so it's up to you to ensure other kids are taking turns and not creating bottlenecks . The newly renovated section is fun and clean, a few arcade-like games (one that senses your movements via camera and one bike based option).

Our host was nowhere to be found most of the time, and I had to track down staff just to address issues--like my kids being allowed on an attraction, then suddenly being told to get off. A manager briefly said it was fine, only to reverse the decision and claim my kids were too young, even though younger children were using the same attractions. The general manager offered no real help or solutions. On top of that, I had to repeatedly ask for basic things throughout the party--socks and wristbands for guests, drink pitchers to be refilled, extra (and clean) plates for dessert, and even silverware, which we ended up finding ourselves. If you have kids younger than 5 I wouldn't go here. Overall, it was poorly managed, disorganized, and not worth the almost $700 dollar party. Save your money and go elsewhere.
