I love Terra! They have several locations in the Framingham area but this one has the largest and nicest space. I've come here many times to eat and brought family members and friends for their first time with Brazilian food and they all enjoy it. Timing is everything when it comes to buffet style meals, you gotta come strategically or you risk getting cold items or super well done meats. It's common sense that the less busy it is the less likely they will rotate expensive meats or other stuff on the buffet. There are times where some items weren't their best but many times I do enjoy the food like tonight. My plates consists of all the essentials of what I consider the ultimate Brazilian plate; First off, gotta have the rice and beans. Get feijoada instead of plain beans when available! Next is a little bit of greens, some salad add the beets, cucumber, and tomato slices. A little bit of collard greens if available. A small dollop of potato salad with the potato sticks. My main meats are Picanha Steak, Spicy Sausage, Lamb, and Chicken Heart. Loveeee chicken heart when it's nice and tender but there may be times where it's over cooked so ask. Next, top off your beans with Farofa (toasted yucca powder), grab some yucca fries, and definitely some fried plaintains. And finally scoop some pickled Brazilian biquinho peppers that add just the right amount of spice to each bite. And that's a meal I can have everyday for the rest of my life... They also have plenty of drink options including guaraná, a Brazilian soda, several juices like freshly squeezed orange, juice of acerola, juice of cashew fruit, passion fruit, many beers and cocktails to choose from. Try the caipirinha! Also a good selection of Brazilian desserts, that you should definitely get to-go for later. Overall, just excellent food and nice environment with super friendly service. They do live music on weekends and have outdoor space as well. I highly recommend Terra if you are new to Brazilian but try to avoid slow hours if you want the best quality and go for my plate of essentials!

Not a bad plate to $12! Little bit of everything...

The only thing hold me back from a 5th star is the price for takeout. We are used to paying $16 for a to-go container that contains meat from the bbq... at this place they wouldn't make the to-go with the bbq so I had to make it myself (with much less food than the other places in Marlboro give) and it ended up costing way too much money. $30 for one small container of food is just ridiculous since most of it was rice and squash - I could've gone out for a decent steak dinner for this price. The woman cashing me out gave me some good advice - to have theme make the $12.99 to-go container and then make myself a bbq container and it should ended up costing me much less. The food is very good and very fresh. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The day I went in they had a beef with mushrooms, tilapia and shrimp stew, and fried tilapia as their buffet meat choices. This restaurant is not a typical restaurant. You do not get table service... and it is not rude that you don't. It is a serve yourself buffet only. They have a really nice outdoor patio you can chose to eat on and they also have a great bar area. This is a great addition overall to the area.

Someone told my daughter this place was good so we decided to go along with my sister. I am not what she had, but the food was awful to us. Maybe it's best to go when they first open because the food was a little cold, the meat was dried out on the buffet , and the meat on the turn machine was dried out as well. We tried the steak, chicken, lamb, some kind of red hot sausage, and what looked like a pork roast and all of it was dry and the steak tasted a little gamy to me. Even the plantains were a little dry. The food may have just been sitting to fry out, IMO because too muchbof the meat was dried out. The mango and passion fruit drinks seemed processed. It's not an all you can eat Buffett. You fix your food and you have to weigh your plate. For me and my daughter it was $48 and change. The spoons are too big as well. They're more like soup spoons. It was not worth it. They do have a bar, which may be a plus for those that drink. We didn't even finish the food we got. As far as me and my family, we are all set. We went around 4:30pm. I did snap some pics of our food to show what we started out with and what was left. I think if they figure out a better ray to keep the meat moist, it may be a little better.

Came here for a birthday celebration for my Brazilian friend and it turned out to be a plesant surprise. I will admit that I was not a huge fan of the fact that it is buffet style, but the food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. I had my first legit caipirinha (a delicious classic) and a big plate that I was somehow able to finish. Despite it being a buffet style restaurant with a pretty long line (it was around noon on a Saturday), the food managed to stay fresh and even warm until I got back to my table. I wasn't sure what to ask for in terms of meat, so I asked the staff for recommendations and he immediately hooked me UP. You could tell they know what they're doing and you can tell everyone in town knows too! Shoulda gone back for more cheese puffs, but I was more than satisfied with my plate. The only reason for my 4 stars is really the layout of it being a buffet place because that mean it was logistically difficult for my entire party to sit down and eat together. That being said, if you love good steak, a good cocktail, and the sweet sound of listening to people speaking Portuguese, definitely swing by! Obrigado!

Another night of awesome Brazilian food. Muito obrigada Deus!

Not only is the parking lot big, the selection of food is wonderful. Buffett style food and drinks after with a dessert display. Bunch of side choices and lots of meats to choose from whether your in the mood for steak or wings. Did I mention they have a bar? Yes they have a bar and the seating area is big as well. Don't worry if you have a big party. They will be able to handle it. Wonderful people and very clean place! I'm definitely coming back!

Man the food here was friggin great!!! and the girls here were pretty nice !

Excellent service and great meats and salad bar. The meats were well seasoned and there was even mint sauce for the delicious lamb.

Damn ... this place got expensive! I went here several years ago and decided that I wanted to try…read moreit again. The prices had tripled. I am not blaming the restaurant because the world post-covid has gone absolutely insane from an inflation standpoint. With beef as their 'go to' and chicken no longer being a 'loss leader's (now costing what steak did two years ago, it's not the restaurant's fault. However, I nearly fell out of my chair when I learned the All You Can eat lunch price was nearly $50! For this type of 'cafeteria', a total shocker. The other (better) option is the pay per pound. $17 for salad bar and meat and $20 for just meat. I did the salad bar ... you'd be surprised how much two plantains and a slice of tomato weigh! Salad bar: The rice was very good. The plantains were perfect. The French fries were surprisingly good. They had all kinds of fresh vegetables, mayonaise-covered salads and a huge variety of items. I suppose it would be worth it to get this alone ... however this is where the heavy items that add weight to the price are. Meat station: The guy serving was nice enough but spoke maybe two words of English. I speak English, Spanish and French but no Portuguese ... so we had a difficult time when it came to relating how big a slice I wanted, or how many pieces. My guess is that he is hired more for his expertise running the grill than for serving. And he did a great job as the meat was cooked perfectly. Bacon wrapped chicken ... The only disappointment of the meal. The chicken (and bacon) was dry. It really didn't taste like bacon and the only reason I finished my piece was because I had paid for it. Flank steak ... So good! The outside had a nice char with a salty, almost crunchy texture while the inside was juicy and flavorful. This was my favourite item and I actually went back to get a second plate, despite how filling it is. Garlic steak ... Incredibly salty. A little goes a long way. I didn't get any garlic taste ... it was mostly just salt. I liked it but would choose the flank steak (which is also salty) over this as the marinade made it a little drier. Pork sausage ... Very nice. I didn't notice a huge difference between the spicy and non-spicy but it was cooked really well and it was flavorful. Pineapple ... Okay, this is a must get! This was oddly my favorite part of the meal. I have never had pineapple this good. It is done on the grill with the entire pineapple and they slice pieces off. It is covered in a brown butter sauce that is so flavourful, it is certainly one of the best pineapple dishes I've ever eaten. Because there was a line and the pieces of paper with the meat choices are mostly in Portuguese, I didn't get to try all I'd have liked to ask ordering felt rushed with the line waiting behind me. The all-you-can eat will likely give you the opportunity to try a little of everything. Overall, the better value seems doing the pay by weight and going back for seconds if you are hungry. My first plate was some salad bar stuff (tomato slice, cucumber, plantains, yellow rice and a few french fries) plus a strip of flank steak, bacon wrapped chicken and a pork sausage. That was $17 and I could have stopped there. My second plate was two strips of flank steak, a strip of garlic steak, a piece of pineapple and two plantains from the salad bar. This one was $12. My total with a $2.25 lemon aid (terrible and flavorless from a jug) and a tip was around $35. Expensive for lunch ... but I probably didn't need as much steak on round 2 as I left feeling stuffed. Everything was tasty and while the atmosphere feels more like a cafeteria in a Caribbean country ... and the seating arrangement makes you snake through tables to get to the salad bar or meat station, everything seemed spotlessly clean. I will certainly return again, despite a fairly high lunch price. If there is one tip I can give you ... don't skip the pineapple from the meat station.

The service at the restaurant is great with the servers being incredibly attentive. To start us off, we were given a bowl of cheese bread - these were addictive and super tasty! I had to control myself and turn down the offer of another round because I didn't want to get too full on bread alone. As for the meat, servers make rounds around the dining room with various grilled meats that they cut off for you right at the table. They come by every few minutes so you will never be left waiting long. My personal favorite was the top sirloin! I do wish there were some more exotic options, such as chicken gizzards / hearts as I've had at other Brazilian restaurants. The buffet area had some good dishes. I appreciated the salad section and side dishes to help offset the heaviness of the meat. I do wish that the buffet area was larger and had more variety, but overall I was happy with my food. I did feel that the restaurant was a bit expensive and was a little disappointed to see that there were no free dessert offerings included in the buffet price. I would come back but only for truly special occasions as it was pricer than other AYCE places I've been.
