We had big issues from a previous contractor that we had hired, the job was done all wrong which cost us more money than what we had plan to spend. We searched all over the place looking for a contractor that we can trust with our broken project. We call Terra & meet with Eran. Right away he highlighted the errors from the previous contractor & did a full walk-thru our home to inspect all the damage caused by the previous contractor's mistakes. After about 2-3 hours talking about our project he provided us a quote that was reasonable in price. The inspection/quote was completely free of charge even know he had to spent over 2 hours inspecting the damage. His attitude was always friendly, never rushed us or made us uncomfortable in any way! We decided to move forward with Terra. Eran & his crew showed up every day on time & ready for work, they always kept the noise levels down to prevent any neighbor's complaints. The Terra team is a great group of people. As someone who grew up seeing home projects delayed by frustrating, unreliable contractors, I was extremely wary of embarking on any sort of remodeling project. However, Sammy came with such a high recommendation that I was willing to give it a go. We now have three beautifully remodeled bathrooms! Our home remodel is 99% done and I couldn't be happier. Everything is BEAUTIFUL! We remodeled our kitchen, bath bathrooms, all of the floors and had all the walls repainted. Terra home remodel did an amazing job - they even changed out two doors and installed new ones including frames. They also moved and built an entirely new hall closet for us. All of the workers are extremely friendly and respectful. Oscar is my favorite - he is so detail oriented and such a hard worker. Sammy and Eran were both great to work with. There were a few small mess ups along the way but Sammy and Eran made sure they got taken care of. They even fixed a mess up that I made at no additional cost. Would I do this again? My wife and I were referred to Terra Home Remodeling by a coworker that completed a full remodeling project with Terra last year. I was involved with the updates during the project and I was just waiting for the completion to see the results, we knew that we are going to choose a contractor. After my co worker invited us for dinner, we had no doubt! The kitchen design, bathroom and flooring was just amazing! My wife called Terra and she set an appointment. The owner of the company Sammy Lopez came. We originally from Argentina and we were happy that the communication can be in Spanish. Sammy had great design ideas and after we approved our proposed floor plan we signed the contract. Shorty after that we signed all of the paperwork to begin the job, we meet with Rami designer in order to select the products that we wanted in our kitchen and bathroom. We own the house for 6 years but the house is 60 years old, so everything was in bad shape. We planned to remove a load bearing wall separated our kitchen and living room in order to have an "open concept". We also add another bathroom to the house. Our second bathroom we completely remodeled with Terra as well.. The estimated timeline when we signed on to complete the job from the start to finish was about 12 week. We worked with Sammy and the designer Rami, and they were able to completely hide the massive load-bearing beam into the ceiling so the look of the kitchen and living space is seamless and beautiful. Of course, with all constructions projects , it is crucial to constantly check on the contractors' work and job progress. My wife and I went to check on the house on a daily basis and always communicate with Sammy on any issues that we had. We hired a moving company and completely moved out of our home so that construction could be completed by Terra on time. Every room in the house was touched, so it's was crucial for us as homeowners with a young kids to be always from the construction zone. Sammy and Roberto (supervisors on site) was always very professional and accommodating to work with, as were all of the contractors that came to complete the job. Terra team were extremely hard working and friendly, and everything was communicated in the proper chain of command. Overall, the project timeline took about 14 weeks to complete. I am happy to say that we are now living in a beautiful 60 year old home , and very pleased with the layout and design of our new kitchen and bathroom. The experience of remodeling a home is definitely stressful and sometime was not fun, but the end result is what matters! Terra Home remodeling we're about $15,000 more expensive than the other 2 estimates that we had, but the base on what we saw with my coworker and the amazing connections with Sammy Owner of Terra ( the other 2 estimates that we received we meet sales people ). Hired them for a flooring fix and pantry buildout in 2017. Was supposed to also get a subfloor replacement and stairs fix, but they kept saying "it's fine, good plywood underneath" after they already put in the floor. Refused to fix it instead giving a small break on the final bill. Had to force them to fix a soft door entryway and they only reinforced half of it. No other subfloor fixes. The stairs look fine and the main room flooring (that we bought and they approved) holds up decently. However, the overall floor still bows in a few large places (like 2-3' sq places). Initial salesperson was kind and helpful. Didn't see him at all after that initial meeting. read more

Last January our roof leaked I called terra remodeling they came out and tarped the roof until the rain stopped they came out and replaced the whole roof. Well this January it leak again damaging the bedroom ceiling I called and they came out later that day checked the roof and tarped the area where the leak was. why it leaked I guess we will never know just one of those things. The next week they called to find out when they could come out and look at the ceiling. they came out and we talked about what should be done. We live in 35 year old mobile home the ceiling couldn't be matched so we agreed to repair the damaged area. good job I would recommend they to every one they are great.
