The Good: it's gotta a huge heated pool that's only $2 to swim in, basketball court and life guards on duty. One of them was nice enough to let us follow him here from Harry Meyer cause his boss told him it was closed to public. The Bad: they kicked us out of Harry Meyer to come swim here, it's cool but it's awkward. It almost seems like you're in the corner houses backyard. The Ugly: "dad what's all those black things floating" Those are field crickets, beetles and cockroaches son. Let me clean it. So I cleaned it. Probably about 5 lbs of dead bugs. I'll spare you the picture but if you want to see the mound of dead bugs, go to where the pool net is on the east side of the pump house, and you'll see my evidence. Being a pest control operator, it didn't bother me removing the 1000s of dead crickets, but I can see how this would turn someone off.

We love this place. The coaches are mostly high school and college students so they have lots of…read moreenergy and patience! They teach the students buildable skills so they can keep advancing. None of the students have to sit around and wait their turn. Every class has four to five stations that the students rotate through so they are practicing the entire time. They have plenty of equipment too. The coaches are vigilant and I've never felt like my daughter was at risk for an injury. Some of the students may struggle a bit more than some of their peers but the coaches give an equal amount of attention to all of the students. I'm not certain they limit the number of students per class but I believe they do because there is never more than 8 or 10 students per class, at least that I have seen. They do have multiple classes going at once so sometimes it's pretty hectic but the coaches are on top of it! The coaches are so sweet so if your worried your kid might not be the best and they'll feel discouraged it really isn't an issue! The price is fantastic and they offer extra lessons (like a tutoring session) for a very good price. I highly recommend.

This is a nice quiet little park tucked away that most people don't seem to know about, even if…read morethey live in the two neighborhoods that share a border with it. The city recently installed bathrooms on site, planted additional trees, a sun shield over the playground to lower the impact from the sun and keep the kiddies cooler, and some workout stations. Additionally, as mentioned before it does have a paved walking trail and pavilion. Along the trail there are two perpetually stocked dog waste bag stations and trash cans so folks can clean up after their pets. There is no water fountain at this park and I hope they install one with a dog fountain attachment at the bottom someday soon (the thought of drinking out of the bathroom is gross to me,sorry).Go here in the early morning or closer to dusk.

I understand safety rules, but the way the staff handled it was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of giving a warning or calmly explaining the policy, the staff member went out of his way to insult me personally--saying things like "people like me go to jail" and making unnecessary comments about not being in college. That has nothing to do with paintball or safety and crossed a serious line. This was supposed to be a fun, memorable day. Instead, I was disrespected, humiliated, and sent away after paying $65. I don't recommend this place to anyone, especially schools or groups bringing students. They don't know how to talk to young people with respect.

In that time, she lost a lot of upper body strength and gained some fear plus lost some confidence in doing certain things. We started at the Mineola location and were blown away by the coaching staff. Within 3 classes my daughter was back to speed on things. She loves gymnastics and wants to go every single day. Coach Sam (Samantha) is amazing. She is so good with the kids and is so consistent. I have also noticed that after every class my daughter knows what they will be doing on the next class which tells me she is a planner and she truly cares about being a coach.
