Sharing my love of Creative, Athletic, Gentle, Yin and Restorative yoga in both private and group sessions, virtually (via FaceTime or Zoom), at your home or other location. Perfect for those who want to learn yoga poses (asanas) and flows to breath (vinyasas) but don’t want to go to a gym or studio. Also a fun and interesting idea for team-building exercises, bridal showers, birthday parties and for something fun to do outside by the pool or on the beach before starting your day. Prices vary based on number of participants and location. Props (mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps) provided for up to ten participants, if you do not have your own on site. Call or text for more information.

Established in 2018.

Enjoy a personalized yoga experience in the comfort of your own home. After an initial free consultation, I will work with you to create a unique, fun and safe yoga experience to meet your personal goals. Sessions can be thirty, sixty or ninety minutes in length and focus on what interests you most~building strength, increasing flexibility, deep stretching, improving balance, promoting relaxation, or perhaps a combination of them all! Props (mats, blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets) available for up to ten participants if you do not have your own.

Meet the Business Owner: Terri R.

Terri has practiced yoga as a way to augment her exercise regimen and improve her flexibility, and found peace and balance through her ever evolving practice. She completed her 200 hr YTT at Grow Yoga in 2017 and enjoys not only Baptiste Yoga, but also Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative. She is passionate about challenging herself in her yoga practice, and loves to share what she has learned with others, both privately and in a class setting.

I found this studio a few months ago when I decided to reinvent my July 24th for 2025. Last year on this day in 2024 I had surgery to remove the extra skin after losing 165lbs from 311.5lbs and the surgery I came home and unfortunately started bleeding internally and had to go back to the ER for additional surgery in total I lost 4 pints of blood and needed a transfusion. That day I spent most of the day stressed, panicked, unconscious/ in surgery for 10 plus hours unsure of what came next. I knew this year on July 24th I was gonna seize the day and do stuff relaxing and rejuvenating. This yoga session targeted stretching and zen through the class . There was a point where she mentioned to let go of the stuff that's behind us and release it and leave it at the beach. That moment felt great to really zone in the waves and everything at the shore to move past last year. The instructor was very attentive and made sure everyone understood each pose and directed us when to breathe. This was everything I needed for today, the beach setting and the yoga/zen. Beginners or advance levels can take this class. Thank you!

Having never been on a web cam before, I am able to use Zoom very effectively my phone or laptop for yoga where Erica and I see each other and speak to each other ... so it is just like having my own yoga instructor right next to me to give me instructions, encouragement, tweaks to my poses. And I can tell her if something hurts or ask her questions ... or just talk. It is so much fun!

Like previous visits, the staff was great. Easy check in. Easy instructions on how to use the ski. Clean and sanitary life vests. Clean and sanitary port o potties. Decent ski's (fast and reliable) A couple negatives - They really did crack down a lot on just how far you can go on the ski's. They also added a lot more staff out there with you (That's good from a safety stand point but they keep you contained to a specific area and enforce rules haha) Previous visits we were able to ride from bridge to bridge ... It felt alot more open and free. This time around it was 1/4 the riding area and basically a large circle. Bummer, but what can ya do ? Safety is in these days. Btw my review from 5 years ago mentions the price as $85 for an hour with a passenger... this year was $118 ! Paying a lot more for a lesser experience. (inflations a bitch) Negatives aside, I still really enjoyed the experience and I look forward to stopping here again soon. It was a great time.

Not too many special pathways for hole in ones or fun obstacles. Hole #14 was the best one with a big hill and water. We won 2 free games at the end by putting our golf balls in the X marks the spot collector. I'm sure we will return to use our free games, and that's how they get you back...but I personally think some of the mini golf spots on the boardwalk have better obstacles and prices! They do have a few free parking spots in their lot, otherwise it's paid metered parking on the street.
