They emailed them via two different methods that I was trying to reach them. Nothing. After 3 weeks of trying, I had no idea what the problem there was, but I changed agents to Corky Cross. I hate to say anything bad about Darian because they were so good for so long, but that's the way it ended. I found out later that the receptionist had medical problems, but why Darian never called I have no idea.
