He came to the house with Robyn and we went through what I wanted. Chris got back to me in very short order with all the estimates we needed. After all other contractor discussions were had, we decided to go with Chris for a number of reasons. One, he was polite and easy to speak with( we just felt good about him). He was not the cheapest but was not the most expensive either. Going with our gut, we decided to move forward with him. He came out immediately upon his availability and started the work. During each phase, he let me know who was expected to come out and all of his subs were very polite and considerate as we were still living in the house. We spoke throughout the build making sure everything that was done was what we expected and discussed obstacles while providing solutions( can't expect to do a remodel and not have surprises). When final walk through was done, we were very please with the end result. I would recommend him to anyone and I plan to request his help in the future.
