I am not sure where they were located before but now they are in a jewelry store in the Michaels and Total Wine shopping center in Hilltop. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Perhaps being in the jewelry store has helped them with answering phones. I was helped immediately by a friendly young lady. All the info I got over the phone was accurate. $25 start up fee. $.40 a letter. Chose my font and asked other questions. I was very happy but I will update this after I get back what I wanted engraved.....in about a week.
