    Hands down best service. Thank you Steven! We ordered our car and had scheduled pick up and had to reschedule a few times because of family, and other issues and Steven was our salesperson and was oh so patient. Our family is pretty big and everyone had a question, concern or request and he didn't skip a beat. He was professional, courteous and represented Tesla well. Thank you.

    $133k in the garbage

    Sold me a defective car, wouldn't take it back same day. I never even got to test drive it and problems started immediately on my drive home. I get 90 miles to a full charge and I paid 133k for my model x. Tried to return everyday within 7 days, used every tactic to force me to keep it. Over 10 major issues with car, from paint bubbles to broken camera. No due bills filed, has defects direct from factory. Do not buy from here, they will leave you stuck with a bad vehicle. To my surprise, she came across calm, not pushy/sales-y and with these good initial vibes, I made an appointment to visit the dealership. Came in on January 31 and upon walking in, was greeted by Casey. He sat with me, gathered initial information on what I was looking for, and set me up for a test drive. Casey is extremely knowledgeable, not just about Honda, but about many other makes and models. He answered each question thoroughly and was calm, patient, and kind. Adolfo was a character, as a sales manager he certainly gets the job done. He gave me all the details, was very transparent, and allowed me the time to process the information and numbers instead of trying to pressure me into buying a car (which most dealerships I've dealt with do). I moved forward and sat with Martin, Director of Finance. He spent a good amount of time talking through additional warranty options and explaining the finance options I was looking at. While I spent the majority of my Saturday with these gentlemen, I did not mind one bit because I walked out with a 2026 Honda HR-V Sport with an awesome finance plan and all types of Titan Motor Group services and add-ons. I absolutely recommend Honda of Manhasset for anyone looking into a reliable car at a competitive price and with excellent customer service. Thank you Casey, Adolfo, and Martin!

Missing/stripped screws on the cover plate and wrong torque spec on the oil drain bolt and filter (they wouldn't come off). They likely have underpaid and inexperienced technicians who do quick and sloppy jobs so they can just get to the next person. Which is a problem directly created by their service advisors because they are booking way too many people for their given time slots. Their staff is also always changing which should tell you about management and the working conditions here. These clowns are the embodiment of the term "stealership".

When we asked for pricing, we were quoted an exorbitant $2,000+ and told it would take 4 hours. We explicitly said proceed with the oil change only and that we would decide shortly on the spark plugs. About 15 minutes after drop-off, I called to let them know we found the same spark plug service for less than half the cost elsewhere and that we did NOT want the spark plugs done. No answer. I called again. And again. No response. About 30 minutes later, I called the BMW showroom directly and clearly stated: Do not perform the spark plug service. We are coming to pick up the car now. We returned less than 40 minutes after drop-off -- and somehow all the work was already completed, including the spark plugs. I never approved this service. I was charged over $2,000 for work that was done without consent, after multiple documented attempts to stop it. I immediately called three times asking for a service manager to contact me to rectify this situation. No response. This is unacceptable, unethical, and incredibly shady. Performing major service without authorization and then ignoring the customer afterward is not how a luxury brand should operate. I will never return, and I will be sharing this experience with everyone. Terrible customer service and very questionable service practices.

I settled on 3 stars because I am satisfied with the car I ultimately purchased. I have purchased more than 50 vehicles over the years. I've also sold multiple cars on consignment that were ultimately sold over the Internet, so I know the process. I had never purchased a car over the Internet and, after this experience, I will never do so again. I erroneously assumed that a luxury car dealer with over 15 years in business would have in place a rigorous, detailed, well-documented inspection process before offering a car for sale. Their website boasts "We offer a level of customer service that is unparalleled in the industry". This review can't accurately convey the frustration and follow-up required to get to the finish line on this car. No individual issue taken on its own was important. But cumulatively they added up to a nebulous, tiresome, and frustrating process. I emailed the owner Lance, and sales manager Stu multiple times. The outcome might have been different if either of them replied. So, if you are willing to go through the process, you will probably, like I did, get a decent car at the end of the day, but the process is exhausting.

Then called 10 minutes later to inform us the car wasn't even in their warehouse-- but rather still in transit from Mexico and wouldn't be here at the dealership for potentially for a month. It really left a bitter taste in our mouth with that sales agent and the dealership. Nightmare to work with. Would not recommend. --Update as of May 17-- Audi Great Neck has yet to provide an ETA or explanation. I still do not have title to the car I purchased. I still do not have a registered car. It has been more than two months now. In response to "Colin J." from Audi Great Neck: GM Jorgina Beto emailed me on May 6th to say that an update would be coming the next day. It's now May 17th, and still no update. Jorgina has ignored subsequent communications.

It took them one hour to point out the dealership's failure to repair the transmission including their failure to repair a fluid leak and refill the transmission fluid. They repaired the car by the next day while the dealer took 30 days to NOT repair the issue. I challenge GM Galante to respond with something more than his usual excuses and spin of the facts. I would say to stay away from Audi of Great Neck but don't take my word for it. Just read the other reviews.

By March, I realized the air conditioner was not working. I immediately returned the vehicle to the original dealership, where I was told--shockingly--that the car had been in a major front-end collision. From that point on, they dodged every question and avoided all accountability, from the service department management all the way up to the owner of the dealership. Frustrated, confused, and honestly nervous to be driving a "brand new" car with my family, I sought out help from Biener Ford in Great Neck--and I am so glad I did. Without hesitation or judgment, I was welcomed into their service department. My vehicle was inspected immediately by their head mechanics, who ultimately determined the actual repair needed. Most importantly, they confirmed that my car had not been in any major front-end collision and that it was completely safe to drive. From start to finish, every single person I dealt with at Biener Ford was an absolute pleasure. They coordinated picking up my vehicle from my job, ordered parts promptly, and kept me informed every step of the way. The service manager, Peter, is truly the best there is--knowledgeable, patient, and exceptionally kind to both customers and his team. The mechanics at Biener are equally top-notch, and I wouldn't trust my truck--or any of my vehicles--with anyone else. I only wish I had researched service departments before purchasing my vehicle, because I never would have gone to Levittown Ford. The service department alone at Biener Ford has earned a lifelong customer. Highly, highly recommend.

Giving the keys to my car for a closer inspection, the value of my perfectly conditioned vehicle went down by 1-2K for bullshit reasons that were completely unfounded. Ultimately, he tried to tell me that my 2019 Lexus F Sport with less miles than the 2019 Honda Accord Touring was worth less trade in wise and I would owe money towards getting the Honda. Insurance would argue otherwise; a Lexus is a luxury vehicle. Not a Honda. The value of my car is not worth less than a Honda, especially not the same year and less mileage. save your time and gas. dont go here.
