    Recently picked up a CPO Impreza and Ian Lawson was really the best and super knowledgeable. Every step of the sales process was handled with patience and professionalism. East Hills is most fortunate to have such a great employee. I will definitely keep his name in mind going forward.

    Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had and I've had a bunch. Roseanna was super helpful in finding exactly what we wanted and the process was pretty quick. Thanks for making it easy.

    Just picked up my WRX GT. Exactly the car I wanted, with no nonsense. Marc made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Nothing was a battle. Sol the finance guy was super professional, open and didn't waste my time. I highly recommend them.

    Bought two subarus from this dealership and it seems like quality of service only lasts until you stop paying them. Was overcharged for a basic air and cabin filter for $140.... $90 for labor to put in an air filter....Went back again for service and said I needed an oil change, price went up from $49.99 to $69.99... While arguing with one of the staff about the expense, an older guy with glasses said "we are the cheapest in Long Island" over and over again. He repeated himself 3x and said I can keep going. The catch is the price they quote matches the price of competitors only if you bought the Subaru from them, otherwise it is $99.95. I said you guys are not the cheapest as there are other places that can do an oil change for less. In case the store manager wants to claim they are the cheapest, do me a favor and call the Pep Boys in Long Island because I have. It is $90 with a $20 online coupon which is the same. I also called Meineke and they said FULL SYNTHETIC was $69.99, and has a $10 online coupon. I called Walmart in Farmingdale. You know what's the price? $34.88. I confirmed with the worker does it matter year, mileage etc, she said over 100k miles will be more. My car does not have that. The real kicker was the staff in the front saying I also need tire rotation. I said is it included? They said no it is not, why would it? I said because I am paying $80 for an oil change, the car is being lifted, how hard is it to rotate it? He said "I never heard of any place doing that as I worked in many dealerships." He said where they do that at? As stated above any place that does an oil change whether it's Pep Boys, Meineke, Jiffy Lube, Walmart etc offers free tire rotation. If you have a He said I never heard of it and it would be $34.99. You know as a Costco member they rotate tires for free so I left. Just got an email today from NYS saying I need an inspection. Now I am thinking to myself why didn't the service people tell me when I was there instead of wasting more of my time. An hour after the DMV email, East Hills wants to send me an email to come in to do an inspection? Now why couldn't someone tell me this when I was doing my oil change? "Hey, looks like you are due for an inspection, would you like it done?" Nothing. Not only was this a waste of money but a waste of time. You would think a customer who bought two cars from them can do something as rudimentary as a tire rotation for free after paying for an oil change. Just found out there was a promotion starting 3/1-4/15/23 where it is $59.95 for synthetic oil and filter change..now why couldn't the staff tell me, hey just wait till next month you can save money instead of squeezing extra money from me? It is really ridiculous. Also, if you pay with a card extra 4%. Follow up, just came back from Pep Boys and failed inspection. They said brake pads were almost metal to metal. Not only did this dealership not inform me my brake pads were deteriorating, they said everything was fine. If everything was fine, why did I fail inspection? For the 30 month inspection, they are supposed to inspect the following: Inspect suspension, inspect steering system, inspect parking brake, inspect axle boots and joints, inspect brake line, perform tire rotation and inspection, replace engine and oil, replace a/c filter, and last but not least, INSPECT DISC BRAKE PAD AND DISC. After the 42 month service, I called the service center if anything was needed. For the 48 month inspection, it is the same as the 36 month. They were supposed to perform the following: Inspect suspension, inspect steering system, inspect parking brake, inspect axle boots and joints, inspect brake line, perform tire rotation and inspection, replace engine and oil, replace a/c filter, and last but not least, INSPECT DISC BRAKE PAD AND DISC. They were supposed to inspect it when I went 8/4/22, I went back 2/21/23. For 6 months no one informed me of having failed brake pads. From what I got from this whole ordeal is the dealership did not do anything from 30 months service till now. I find it very hard to believe my brake pads are almost metal to metal if proper service was done. In one year my brake pads deteriorated to the brink of a failed inspection? How is that possible? Furthermore, in case someone wants to say it's possible, I drive less than 5k miles a year. It's not possible for brake pads to turn out to this if the dealership did its due diligence. Only thing I was told was to pay for the overpriced synthetic oil, air filter, etc. This has been a big waste of time to say the least. Contacted Subaru Motors regarding this dealership practice and was informed they knew about the wearing of the brakes but did not tell me anything regarding this issue. Why wouldn't a company care about their customer's safety and inform them about a brake issue? I really don't understand. It took a third party to tell me my brakes were bad and wearing out. It has 2 mm of life left.

    Was a valued customer for a long time. my lease would have ended in jan 2023 but received a call…read moreevery month starting October from Jerry our salesperson. We have been working with Jerry for many years. He advised that if we were to bring in our car in october- dealership would take the rest of the payments and we get a new lease. Well due to life we couldn't come oct or nov. But jerry called every month advising "well take care of the rest of ur payments". We were able to come in dec and get a new lease on a new car. When i asked "are we settled on the previous lease- i was told "yup Dont worry about it". So we left with new car in dec. A few weeks later i get a liability statement that we owe money for the previous lease. I call jerry and he keeps telling me not to worry about it. My husband goes the the dealership to makes sure things are ok. At the of the day, the dealership/management/jerry says we owe money on the previous lease. Why the heck would I bring a car back 1 month before lease is up and get a new car if i still have to make payments for the old lease???? Needless to say- bad communication on the part of infinite of manhasset. And guess what! karma is a bitch because dealership closed. Do not deal with Jerry C!

To my surprise, she came across calm, not pushy/sales-y and with these good initial vibes, I made an appointment to visit the dealership. Came in on January 31 and upon walking in, was greeted by Casey. He sat with me, gathered initial information on what I was looking for, and set me up for a test drive. Casey is extremely knowledgeable, not just about Honda, but about many other makes and models. He answered each question thoroughly and was calm, patient, and kind. Adolfo was a character, as a sales manager he certainly gets the job done. He gave me all the details, was very transparent, and allowed me the time to process the information and numbers instead of trying to pressure me into buying a car (which most dealerships I've dealt with do). I moved forward and sat with Martin, Director of Finance. He spent a good amount of time talking through additional warranty options and explaining the finance options I was looking at. While I spent the majority of my Saturday with these gentlemen, I did not mind one bit because I walked out with a 2026 Honda HR-V Sport with an awesome finance plan and all types of Titan Motor Group services and add-ons. I absolutely recommend Honda of Manhasset for anyone looking into a reliable car at a competitive price and with excellent customer service. Thank you Casey, Adolfo, and Martin!

    Please go ANYWHERE but here for service…read more Went to see a different mechanic for an oil change and noted the poor workmanship. Missing/stripped screws on the cover plate and wrong torque spec on the oil drain bolt and filter (they wouldn't come off). They likely have underpaid and inexperienced technicians who do quick and sloppy jobs so they can just get to the next person. Which is a problem directly created by their service advisors because they are booking way too many people for their given time slots. Their staff is also always changing which should tell you about management and the working conditions here. These clowns are the embodiment of the term "stealership".

When we asked for pricing, we were quoted an exorbitant $2,000+ and told it would take 4 hours. We explicitly said proceed with the oil change only and that we would decide shortly on the spark plugs. About 15 minutes after drop-off, I called to let them know we found the same spark plug service for less than half the cost elsewhere and that we did NOT want the spark plugs done. No answer. I called again. And again. No response. About 30 minutes later, I called the BMW showroom directly and clearly stated: Do not perform the spark plug service. We are coming to pick up the car now. We returned less than 40 minutes after drop-off -- and somehow all the work was already completed, including the spark plugs. I never approved this service. I was charged over $2,000 for work that was done without consent, after multiple documented attempts to stop it. I immediately called three times asking for a service manager to contact me to rectify this situation. No response. This is unacceptable, unethical, and incredibly shady. Performing major service without authorization and then ignoring the customer afterward is not how a luxury brand should operate. I will never return, and I will be sharing this experience with everyone. Terrible customer service and very questionable service practices.
