I could not let this spectacular experience go untold... This week, I decided to check out the new deals on Audi q7. This will be our 3rd Audi. Love the truck, but the prices have gotten out of control. After getting a trusted recommendation to Audi Great Neck (795 Northern Blvd, Great Neck, NY 11021), we thought we'd see what they were offering. We wanted to match to what we had with a new (rare) color and the "black" package. To our surprise  Drew Russo and salesman Joe Mortell were a great big help. Not only did we get exactly what we wanted, but it was delivered within a week. They went above and beyond to make sure we walked out of their happy customers!! We were in/out without all the haggling and games that dealerships like to play. Pick-up was just as easy, signed, and drove off. I purchased an Audi Q8 a month and a half ago. I've yet to receive title to the car, and the car is still unregistered. Audi Great Neck refused to extend the temporary plates. Audi Great Neck filed the application for registration was late, and they cannot give an ETA on when it will be complete. I've been trying to resolve this issue via phone calls and emails for 3 weeks. There is no sense of urgency on the dealership's part, to the extent they respond at all. tl;dr: this dealership sold me a car but refuse to provide the title or register the vehicle. Nightmare to work with. Would not recommend. --Update as of May 17-- Audi Great Neck has yet to provide an ETA or explanation. I still do not have title to the car I purchased. I still do not have a registered car. It has been more than two months now. In response to "Colin J." from Audi Great Neck: GM Jorgina Beto emailed me on May 6th to say that an update would be coming the next day. It's now May 17th, and still no update. Just an update to my previous reviews as noted below. Almost 6 months from the date this dealer repaired my transmission, the same issue again occurred. I contacted GM Galante who responded with "we can't be responsible for everything that goes wrong the car". I had no intention of bringing the car back to this completely incompetent service department. I instead brought the car to a very talented shop in Great Neck. It took them one hour to point out the dealership's failure to repair the transmission including their failure to repair a fluid leak and refill the transmission fluid. They repaired the car by the next day while the dealer took 30 days to NOT repair the issue. I challenge GM Galante to respond with something more than his usual excuses and spin of the facts. My experience with Audi Great Neck has been extremely disappointing. For approximately five years, I have repeatedly brought my 2018 Audi SQ5 to this dealership for recurring problems involving the sport differential, electrical warning lights, and related vehicle-system faults. Despite multiple repair attempts and extensive diagnostic work, the underlying problem has never been permanently resolved. At one point, the dealership kept my vehicle for nearly six months, from approximately June through December, while attempting to repair it. After being without my car for almost half a year, I expected the issue to finally be resolved. Unfortunately, the same warnings and problems returned. Approximately three and a half years ago, I purchased an Audi Pure Protection Platinum extended warranty for nearly $4,000. I believed this coverage would provide protection and peace of mind if a major issue occurred. Instead, I am now being asked to pay additional diagnostic charges on top of my $250 deductible for the same type of problem the dealership has been attempting to diagnose and repair for years. Most recently, the dealership kept my car for another week to investigate the sport differential issue. I was then told that the extended warranty would only cover one hour of diagnostic time, even though the dealership claimed three hours were required. I was never clearly informed in advance that I would be responsible for additional diagnostic charges. When I originally authorized the work, the document I signed showed that my responsibility would be the $250 deductible. Later, the online authorization showed additional charges. After years of repeated visits, months without my vehicle, an expensive extended warranty, and an issue that remains unresolved, I have lost confidence in this dealership's ability to properly diagnose and permanently repair the vehicle. It is extremely frustrating to now be charged additional money for diagnosing a problem that has already been investigated repeatedly and still has not been fixed. This was not one isolated bad visit. It has been a long-term pattern of unsuccessful repairs, extended delays, poor communication about charges, and the same problem continuing to return. Purchased an Audi Q5. There were two issues with the vehicle; one related to a steering issue and the other related to MMI screen. Multiple service visits. After leaving the Audi in service for 13 days neither issue was resolved. My local mechanic repaired the steering issue. MMI was never fixed. Traded the car, for a Mercedes, after 18 months and took the hit on trade in value. Audi of Great Neck is not quite the same as it was when it was Biener. read more

For over 12 years, I have been a loyal Audi customer, beginning with my first Audi purchased through Bieber Audi. During all those years, I never experienced the kind of issues I am now facing after Great Neck Audi took my vehicle in for what was described as a "software update." At no point was I properly informed about what exactly would be done to my car, nor was I advised of any possible outcomes or performance changes that might result from the update. Additionally, my vehicle was kept for eight days, which I found to be an unreasonable amount of time for this type of service. When I finally brought my car home, it was no longer the same vehicle I purchased and enjoyed driving. The performance noticeably changed -- the car became quieter, switching between Dynamic and Sport mode no longer makes any meaningful difference, and the vehicle feels slower and less responsive overall. What once felt like a premium performance driving experience now feels significantly diminished. I purchased this Audi because of the quality, performance, and driving experience the brand represents. Unfortunately, after this service, I feel that my vehicle has been completely altered without my consent or proper explanation. What is even more disappointing is the decline in customer care. When Jeremy handled my vehicles for over 10 years, I never experienced anything remotely close to this. I always felt valued as a loyal customer and trusted the service provided. Now, under what I understand to be corporate management, I expected an even higher level of professionalism and customer service -- unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I had every intention of purchasing another Audi in the future. However, after this experience, I no longer feel confident in the brand or dealership. It is extremely disappointing to feel that a loyal customer relationship built over many years has been disregarded. Leased an Audi Q5 a year ago. I get a recall immediately after purchase and make an appointment arranging a loaner car. Show up and am stuck at the dealer for over an hour as no loaner car available even though I had a confirmed appointment with a loaner. Queried what I thought was a check engine light and was told car was fine. It was on when I picked the car up from the dealer. They advised it would only be a short time to wait and I advised I wanted a loaner car as I was not sitting in the dealership waiting. After almost an hour they gave me a loaner car, service was not completed on car until late afternoon. I would have been sitting there all day for the "quick software update" I brought the car in for. Today I went in for my 10K mile service, made the appointment a couple of weeks ago and this was the earliest they could offer with a loaner car. Called last night and confirmed I was all set with a loaner and showed up this morning, no loaner car available. They noticed I needed an inspection, so I had them do that and asked for my car back asap and I would come back another time as I had a busy day and was leaving for a week on a work trip and could not sit waiting. They queried the check engine light, advised them of above. 2 hours later I left the dealership with my car - check engine light still on, recall not fixed, part ordered for broken front arm rest on console not even sure if they did the oil change or just the inspection. I was planning on leasing another Audi to replace our other car, they are now off the list. Poor service is how you lose clients, not a good job and not impressed at all with both my visits now. I probably lost a client when I got stuck there to boot, so thank you Great Neck Audi. Someone making the first appointment of the day at 8AM requesting a loaner car, then confirming the loaner care the night before and then it not being there is an absolute failure of service. If I could give a negative rating right now, I would. To add insult to injury, a gentleman that arrived after me got a loaner car while I was sitting there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more

Don't walk run from this dealership. Their lack of competence makes you wonder how the manager, Frank Galante, keeps his job. my wife leased a car from there. Her car got registered In one of the sales reps name. The bank doing the financing was threatening to cancel the lease due to misinformation processed and suspicion of fraud. When I went and sat with him he assured me the insurance company would not cancel the insurance due to possible fraud with the car being registered incorrectly. Tuns out, they did cancel it. Fed Ex envelopes signed for with important documents, got lost. Frank has a tendency to ghost people trying to get him to straighten things out. Go look at other yelp reviews and see for yourself the incompetence, the inability to register cars, the inability to follow up on repairs, warranties, and more. The manager, Frank Galante, has bounced around more jobs than someone good at their job should. Go some where, any where else if you want an Audi. This places sucks. Check linked in and see if frank is working at the dealer you want to get a car from. As he will likely be leaving here soon, if he has not already. If he works there, go elsewhere where as it's likely that incompetence, unprofessionalism, possible deceit, possible unethical procedures, follow this creep. If they tried to screw things up, they would do exactly what the "accidentally" did. Read the reviews from the past year, every single one is very negative. Incompetence, possible deceit, failure to do as they promised, and then they ghost you. Time spent to undo their screw ups, trying to get collections stopped for them not paying agreed to lease payment, and more. A simple lease took almost 90 days to get the car registered, properly insured due to the car being registered to their sales rep and concerns about fraud, And at most every turn, almost nobody was competent other than at covering their asses due to them screwing up. A simple fedex to them signed for by an audi of great neck employee was lost and not found. How Frank had a job is beyond reason. As general manager, he is responsible for every part of the dealership. And according to so many reviews, From registering cars, fixing cars, getting a loaner, paying off agreed to payments, they fail at so many of these necessary tasks. I brought my car for a 10:00 appointment that I set a week before. When I brought in my car for service, the service department told me to come back a little after lunch. I came back at 1:00 and asked for an update on my car. They didn't give me an update for THIRTY MINUTES and I had to go up twice to get an update. It's almost an hour now and I still don't have my car. What's the point of setting an appointment if they aren't going to look at it for two and a half hours?? I had an absolutely terrible experience at Audi Great Neck's service department. I brought my car in for a multipoint inspection, an oil change, and the 60,000-mile service. It took them FIVE HOURS to complete, and even after all that time, they completely missed major issues. Despite specifically asking them to check everything, they never mentioned that my brake pads were dangerously worn -- so worn that they were down to the metal. They also did not rotate my tires, even though it was supposed to be part of the service. To make matters worse, when I mentioned I occasionally heard a strange noise, they charged me a $270 diagnostic fee -- and still failed to find the problem! Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and took the car to a reputable mechanic immediately afterward. They found the issue right away: my brake pads were completely shot and posed a serious safety risk. This was ONE WEEK after Audi Great Neck's so-called inspection. Honestly, you would expect a much higher standard of service from a luxury brand dealership like Audi. Their service was not only slow and overpriced but also careless and dangerous. They clearly have no regard for customer safety or the reputation that Audi is supposed to represent. Sneaky/scam service advisors...my pregnant wife was sitting in their waiting room for hours for an engine issue which is covered under warranty, the service advisor comes out and says that they can do an oil change too. She says sure to it thinking that it would be covered since the car is in under warranty, been waiting hours and she was approached when she was on the phone dealing with work. Come later on we receive a bill for the oil charge and are being charged $311.09. I call up and ask why they state that oil change is not covered. I asked if it was communicated that it is not covered and would be extra and the advisor says no. So they are trying to charge $311 for an oil change (which is crazy to begin with. $40 for a $14 filter, $25 for a $10 drain plug that shouldn't have been replaced, $12 for windshield fluid) all on top of she wasn't even due for an oil change...this goes to show how shady this advisor is approaching my wife while she's on the phone with work, sitting there for hours waiting for the car to be looked at and making her think this was included.....STAY AWAY read more

I recently visited the Audi dealership to buy out my current lease, and the experience was extremely frustrating. I came prepared with my own financing already approved through Chase. I was even on the phone with a Chase representative who confirmed that everything was good to go and explained that since the dealership is in network with Chase, all the finance manager had to do was pull up my information in Dealertrack and have me sign the paperwork. Instead of making the process simple, Finance Manager Robert Meyer kept insisting that he needed to run my credit and "shop around" with other lenders--even though I made it clear multiple times that I already had an approved auto loan and did not want my credit pulled. The Chase representative even explained this directly to both Robert and the George Faccio the sales representative, and at one point, the Chase representative even offered to walk Robert through the process of pulling up my deal. Robert's response was, "Don't tell me what to do. You cannot tell me what to do." On top of that, I waited over three hours just to be seen by Robert Meyer. Even though he was available, he told me, "I have to take care of this lady first." I said okay and waited patiently, but then another customer came in after us, and again, he prioritized them over me. Each time, I was told I had to wait longer. What should have been a simple, straightforward process turned into hours of waiting, unnecessary pressure, rude behavior, and a complete disregard for my time and the fact that I already had financing secured. What a disaster! I don't know what happened to this service department, although I have heard rumors about a change of ownership. I took my car in for yearly maintenance in January and had the multipoint inspection. At that time I was told that there were multiple issues with the car that weren't critical but that should be done, including new tires and alignment. Being that my car is very well maintained and low mileage I gave approval to go ahead with over 3k worth of repairs. The agent I dealt with was very professional and helpful. Fast forward to April when my car started experiencing strange electrical issues. I brought it in and they came back saying that I needed a wheel alignment (it had just been done in late January) as well as something else that had nothing to do with my complaint but was still under the warranty. the main problem, however, was that the electronic issues I had experienced, and the only reason I was there in the first place, stemmed from the hub being "submerged" in water due to a leak. Fun fact: I have never had a leak in this vehicle and there was no sign of water anywhere. I was told that it would be a 15k job and I should go through my insurance. They had my car for 2 1/2 months! Like other reviewers my inquiries went unanswered. They "lost" checks and I was told on multiple occasions that it was being worked on and that I would have it in a few days, but those days never came. The manager, Vincent (3rd since January, that tells you something right there) was downright rude and unhelpful. As a business owner I would never treat a client in the manner that I was treated. Finally in mid July I was told that my car was ready only to have my happiness quickly turn to anger as I realized that one of the main issues I brought it in for was never addressed. To add insult to injury, there were also 3 deep scratches on my hood. I called my rep immediately and was scheduled to bring in the car to rectify the situation today. At that time I was told that a loaner would be reserved for me. After moving my schedule around I was walking out the door for my 9AM appointment today when I received a text saying that there were no loaners available. I am told that I am on a waiting list for a loaner and that even though I was put on that list almost a month ago I am 11th on the list. You can't make this stuff up. I have always loved my Audis and have always secured mine through Beiner. Their service was a gold standard and I told everyone I know that they should go there. Sadly that is no longer the case and I will be car shopping at a different luxury manufacturer now. GM Frank Galante did not respond to my 4 emails, 4 plus calls and additional contacts from my insurance reps emails/calls about never receiving my NYS car registration. 1st they blamed my insurance, knowing Audi Great Neck themselves had never done DMV papers. On phone salesperson said 22 other customers have same situation that somebody at dealer never filed DMV registration papers. When I physically went in to speak to Frank Galante, GM he was extremely rude and could care less. I said are your really too busy and important to return numerous emails/calls from 2x Audi Great Neck customer he said "yes, Im in charge of X people and x car sales and am blaa blaa important" . Insane! He was completely unapologetic. He did acknowledge he never returned my calls/emails and said "Im sorry (rudely and without any sincerity ) when I forced him to do like a child. He stated that my expired and lack of valid DMV Registration was no big deal as they now have FORTY 40! registrations that were not processed. When I told him I needed a loaner while my defective car was left with them he told me to go to Hertz, I had just broken my foot the day before and told him so and was wearing a boot, he didn't even offer me a chair and declined his people going to get Hertz car to help me. I told Frank Galante I would like to cancel my lease , his response "not happening". Rudest person I have dealt with anywhere and should not be working for a luxury car or any service related industry. He nastily told me he "was losing money over me as Audi USA does not reimburse him for Hertz car! " His exact words! Just slightly over 30 days ago I bought a $70K car from them and I am a 2nd time Audi GreatNeck customer! They were bad with the first (also new ) car I bought from them but I thought it was because car was built during covid (2022 Audi Q5) . Salespeople, Finance person & others quitting left and right as worst dealer ever. Brand new 2025 Q7 has engine faults, Audi Pre Sense defective, time/date randomly change. Dealership did not bother to check tire pressure during new car point check and I was given car that had 48plus COLD PSI (10+.PSI over ) in tires from factory. Tire pressures programed incorrectly so no tire pressure fault occurred - only noticed after ride seemed very hard and I had reputable independent mechanic check and reduce PSI to proper levels. Evidently Audi Greatneck finds it easier to change screen vs actual tire pressure. They dont care about your safety. When I called to say I was bring car in immediately due to check engine light & Audi pre sense warning light (manual says to bring car to dealer when these lights on) service person (female name unknown) said I needed appmt and no loaners avail until end of August and told me to just continue my planned trip NYC to Boston next day and bring in at end of month (23 days later). With check engine and other fault lights on? When I tried contacting Thiemo Rusch SVP Audi USA Sales operations in Virginia I was refused his or his assistants email to report issues. I was given snail mail address for him and told they were aware of "issues at Audi Great Neck" and advised physically going in to attempt to speak with GM Frank Galante. Gee thanks AUDI USA. At least they are aware it is a nightmare there! No Audi Corp accountability. Christine & Andrew Service Reps two of the few kind, professional, people left. In addition I am waiting for my $3600+ refund on my 2022 Audi unused extended warranty. Caleb who quit was "working on it" and with GM Galante unresponsive to anything it is going to be a long fight. Extremely frustrated with my experience with this dealer. The finance team was very quick to sell me on the warranty when I bought my lease out assuring me that I could get a pro-rated refund when I sold the car. I then sold the car and exchanged multiple calls and text messages with Dennis, their finance manager, who confirmed the amount of the refund and the mailing address for my check. That was mid-November. After that radio silence about the status of the check. I have texted him repeatedly and then sent an email on January 7th to him, another gentleman in finance, and the general sales manager about the status of the warranty refund. No response. It sadly seems that the only way to get anyone's attention is to leave a poor review. This feels like a bait and switch. I recently had my Q8 serviced at Audi Great and the service was terrible. It's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. NO return emails. Rakesh Bisnauth lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dismissive attitude was shocking. Customer service matters--and in this case, Rakesh failed completely. I had an issue with my brakes and another local mechanic offered to fix it for half the cost plus pointed out that they did not change my brake fluid although it says they did on my service papers. Zero customer service. Only greeted by the girl at the desk. I sat in one of their show room models for five minutes. I kept looking at the car and not one single person approached me even though two salesmen were just standing by the front door. I had questions and was really interested as my lease is almost up. This dealership, and GM Frank Galante and his team of Merry Pranksters are by far the most incompetent cast of zeroes I have ever encountered. These morons (Renee) offered a deal to get me out of my 2022 Q3 and into a 2025 Q3 in August which I took. They were to pay the last 3 months of my lease and over mileage. The price of the car was fair and my insurance didn't increase so it was a homerun. Until these idiots messed up the registration, they actually registered the car in one of their salesmen's name and my temporary registration expired. Frank the Idiot told me to continue to drive the car and he would pay for parking tickets, if any. What a genius, that's freaking illegal. I had no valid registration for weeks and then Geico sent me a a termination letter for fraud because Frank and his Idiots submitted the paperwork incorrectly. I called them to fix the issue because my insurance was set to expire on 11/26 at 12:01am. Frank the Idiot said he would have the registration in 10 days. He told my husband 24-48 hours. Told me numerous times my insurance wouldn't terminate. Then told me it would be on a Monday, another Wednesday and definitely definitely last Friday 11/21 the absolute latest. Didn't return phone calls, called me dramatic (try telling that to a man SH) and then told me Friday 11/21 that it would be Monday. Monday said it was in FedEx I'd have by Tuesday and my insurance wouldn't terminate. Well guess what, Frank the Idiot was wrong again and the registration came in today, 9 hours after my insurance with Geico terminated. That gap created a day like no other. Geico raised my insurance $200 per month. You know what Frank cared about? His freaking loaner car which I insisted he give me 2 weeks ago because I wouldn't drive a car that was registered to one of his salespeople (that is illegal). I spent 7 hours on the phone today trying to get Geico reinstated at a fair rate and pricing other insurance because of the gap that FRANK created, my lost wages, my peace, everything that this jerk took away from me for 3 weeks, just infuriating. And by the way, Frank the Idiot and his Merry Pranksters never paid off the 2022 lease he got me out of, he sent a check in the wrong amount with the wrong account number to the wrong address and wouldn't do anything about it. Kept sending me a copy of a check dated 9/25 that was never cashed. Said he never "uncounted" a problem, such a genius he is. The leasing company said all along he was doing it wrong and he just kept doing it the same way, the definition of insanity. The leasing bank was suing Audi Great Neck and Frank the Idiot for breach of contract because he didn't pay them properly and he insisted he never got that letter even though I found the tracking information for it. The rudest POS on the planet, how he has a job and how that place exists with all the registration issues it has is beyond me. But I am not done. Frank will see how dramatic I am. I recently visited Audi Great Neck to help my mother buy a car. She wanted an A5 Convertible and we found a beautiful 2023 model still avail at the Great Neck lot. I went over and visited to check out the car and was greeted warmly and then introduced to the Sales Manager Drew Russo. Drew was personable, professional, clean cut and knowledgable. The next day I came back with my mother and we bought the car. Drew and his finance advisor re-assured my thinking about lease vs. buy and made the entire transaction easy and seamless. She picked up the car the following day and is quite happy. 4 Stars for Drew and his team at Audi Great Neck. I'll be back when it's time for me to get a new one (I have 2018 A4 :)). read more

I also had one of the worst business experiences of my life at Biener Audi, "attempting" to purchase a used car using Lloyd as my salesperson in July-August 2024. Lloyd assured me that I would hear from his anonymous "business manager" about my insurance switch after providing the insurance agent's contact information to him over two weeks ago. I still have never heard from the "business manager" to this day about any matter whatsoever. Lloyd was also supposed to provide the final net check amount including the trade-in valued by Biener Ford on Northern Boulevard. He would include the fee to change over plates with the DMV. In several emails and conversations, his anonymous "business manager" was supposed to contact me. He/she has never contacted me about any issues or requests for contact in the past 4 weeks since my initially meeting Lloyd on July 13, or since today's horrific incident of unconscionable business practices and even violations of New York state law by a dealer as described below. Mohammad, the pre-owned manager at Biener Audi, not sure if he is the business manager as there is secrecy all around, handed me a cost chart today including another arbitrary fee of $981 for the dealership to conduct a 350-point inspection of the car, which he advised today is required by New York law and cannot be declined. He further advised that the $981 price for the inspection is set by New York law like the $37 annual inspection charge set by law. Like the extra $3,000 charged to another Biener Audi customer who reviewed Biener Audi and Lloyd separately on Yelp for non-existent work and/or work not properly chargeable to a buyer of a used car, this is a wholly fabricated fee by Mohammad that is not charged by Biener Ford or Honda of Manhasset in this situation. It gets worse. Mohammad also advised that I had to pay not only the $981, but another $690 fee for his outside service that conducts the title change for the $175 authorized for the dealer to charge under New York Law. They charge both the fee for the dealer to do it ($175) and the fee they pay for an outside service to do it ($690). Mohammad double-dipped again without Lloyd ever disclosing either fee despite several requests, mostly by email, over the past 3 weeks for the final payment amount. I even told Lloyd in an email a week ago that I would pay the $37 fee for a state inspection to be more confident in the vehicle. Lloyd apparently saw no need to advise me that Biener Audi charges $981 instead. On August 14, three days before coming to Biener Audi used department in person to get the payment amount, I called and Lloyd was not in. The person on the phone asked me how much the agreed price was, and said to bring a certified check for $19,000 to cover the estimated total amount ($17,490 + tax and plates) and to use a credit card if the amount went over. No mention of an inspection fee or a title fee in the entire conversation. This confirms the fabricated nature of those two fees supplied in person by Mohammad on August 17. These practices evidence a complete lack of integrity in Biener Audi and its pre-owned manager Mohammad, poor and slow customer service both in my working to try to buy the car from salesperson Lloyd from July 13 until August 17 and by fabricating unagreed, uncustomary and even illegal fees to me as their customer. All of the above is apparently a sampling of the global business practices of Biener Audi used division. Note also that Beiner Audi is owned by a Canadian hedge fund, not a Mr. or Mrs. Biener, so there is limited owner interest in addressing customer issues such as these no matter how outrageous. A recent change in policy is that Biener Ford down the block from Biener Audi, owned by the same hedge fund but not the same management, is no longer allowed to have their trade-ins sold by Biener Audi because of these volumes of complaints going to management of Biener Ford about these practices and lack of integrity at Biener Audi used division. Biener Ford, by contrast, has exceptional management based on my initial experience with them for a new car, and has wisely decided to cut its practical ties with Biener Audi to the maximum extent possible. read more

Long time Biener Audi customer. Now Great Neck Audi, they are awful! The last two times that I was there for service, I got the uncomfortable feeling that I was being oversold service. It's difficult to know. Today I dropped my car off for a 7:30 appointment with a very specific problem. Three hours later, I receive a text and an email, with a video detailing a long list of things not wrong with the car as well as a list of things that I could have them do. The problem that the car was specifically brought in for is not mentioned. I reply to both the text and email and place a phonecall. I am transferred to the voicemail of the woman I talked to at drop off. 45 minutes later, I had still received no reply to text, email or voicemail. I call again. The service line rings for 3minutes 37 seconds without anyone picking up. I call back and talk to the sales receptionist (who picks up immediately) explain the issue and she assures me that she will walk my number over and have someone call me. I hear from nobody. At 12:30, having earlier prearranged a ride, I pick up my car. My lady is on the phone and another agent offers to help me. I ask whether the specific issue (faulty tire pressure sensor that randomly indicates tire pressure is low when it is fine) has been addressed. He calls the technician. A great deal of gobbledygook is said. I ask if the problem can be fixed. I cannot get an answer, yes, no maybe. The original lady gets off the phone and insists that she called me, I show her my call log which proves that she did not. She claims not to have gotten my text, I show her my text on my phone. She says she has not listened to any voicemails (in FIVE HOURS!). After leaving, I call the service number, hoping to speak to a manager, I just want to know the answer to the simple question of whether or not a faulty pressure sensor can be fixed. It's a major problem for me, I drive rural roads often at night. It's difficult to deal with a flat tire alarm and not know whether there is an issue. The service phone again rings endlessly with no answer, after 2 1/2 minutes of nobody picking up, I give up. read more

I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and the sales team has been very good, and in the past the service department has been fine. More recently, however, the service department has been totally incompetent. If Shaelin is your service advisor, ask for someone else. She has no idea of what is going on with my car. I brought it in 3 weeks ago for an oil change, an inspection and small warranty repair. Fortunately I took a loaner, and I was told it would be ready the next day... or the day after, and someone would call when it was ready. Nobody called for the next 11 days. I called and left messages every single day, but noone called back. I left several calls to speak to the manager, Vincent, but I was repeatedly told that he was too busy to speak to a customer. On the 12th day I was told the car was next in line to be test driven, and then it would be inspected and done. Noone called back. The next afternoon, I was told it had not been test driven yet but that it would be done the following day (last Friday). I was leaving to go out of town. I called back today at 2:30 (Monday...day 19) and was told it still hadn't been inspected. Daily phone calls and routinely being kept on hold for calls for 12-16 minutes has been a complete waste of time. Someday I hope to get my car back and when I do, it will be my last Audi. I cannot deal with this type of incompetence any longer. read more

"Luxury" dealership full of lies and deceit. I purchased a certified preowned Q3 from Lloyd in June 2024 - there were about $2500 in hidden fees that were never communicated to me. One of these hidden fees included an Audi multi-point inspection which promises (as the website states): "pre-owned vehicles undergo a rigorous inspection and reconditioning process before being listed for sale." The lack of transparency left a bad taste in my mouth but I was able to negotiate a very small discount and went forward with the transaction. As I was pulling off the lot, I was only then informed that the car had one key instead of two, as promised. Lloyd promised to look into it for me and get me the second key. After following up with Lloyd several times and not getting any response for 3 months, I reached out to the preowned manager, Ali, who promised he would make this right. However, the key promised to me by Ali was always delayed as there was a "chip shortage." I was told this from August - November. In November I reached out to the parts department at Northern Blvd to learn that keys are readily available and I could have one within days confirming that Ali never ordered the key. One week after pulling off the lot on Middle Neck Road, I noticed a strong smell of gasoline as I drove. I brought the car to the service department on Northern Blvd and was informed that the cars fuel injector was spewing gas and not safe to drive. The entire fuel injector had to be replaced as a result. A few weeks after that, I realized that the seatbelts in the back did not work. Again, I had to take the car to the service department for them to fix this other issue as I was given a car with serious mechanical and safety issues. It is very hard to believe that the "intensive inspection" Audi Great Neck promises and charged me $1,300 for actually happened. My family and I were happy customers of Audi Great Neck for 30+ years but that relationship has been severed by the horrible experiences listed above. Repeated attempts to have anyone from Audi rectify their mistakes resulted in a game of whack a mole as someone (Audi Great Neck management) would seem to be interested in helping and would wind up ghosting us. read more
