    Completely worn brake pads that Audi Great Neck failed to inform me about or change.

    I had an absolutely terrible experience at Audi Great Neck's service department. I brought my car in for a multipoint inspection, an oil change, and the 60,000-mile service. It took them FIVE HOURS to complete, and even after all that time, they completely missed major issues. Despite specifically asking them to check everything, they never mentioned that my brake pads were dangerously worn -- so worn that they were down to the metal. They also did not rotate my tires, even though it was supposed to be part of the service. To make matters worse, when I mentioned I occasionally heard a strange noise, they charged me a $270 diagnostic fee -- and still failed to find the problem! Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and took the car to a reputable mechanic immediately afterward. They found the issue right away: my brake pads were completely shot and posed a serious safety risk. This was ONE WEEK after Audi Great Neck's so-called inspection. Honestly, you would expect a much higher standard of service from a luxury brand dealership like Audi. Their service was not only slow and overpriced but also careless and dangerous. They clearly have no regard for customer safety or the reputation that Audi is supposed to represent. If you care about your car, your safety, and your wallet, STAY FAR AWAY from Audi Great Neck's service department. You deserve better.

    What a disaster! I don't know what happened to this service department, although I have heard rumors about a change of ownership. I took my car in for yearly maintenance in January and had the multipoint inspection. At that time I was told that there were multiple issues with the car that weren't critical but that should be done, including new tires and alignment. Being that my car is very well maintained and low mileage I gave approval to go ahead with over 3k worth of repairs. The agent I dealt with was very professional and helpful. Fast forward to April when my car started experiencing strange electrical issues. I brought it in and they came back saying that I needed a wheel alignment (it had just been done in late January) as well as something else that had nothing to do with my complaint but was still under the warranty. the main problem, however, was that the electronic issues I had experienced, and the only reason I was there in the first place, stemmed from the hub being "submerged" in water due to a leak. Fun fact: I have never had a leak in this vehicle and there was no sign of water anywhere. I was told that it would be a 15k job and I should go through my insurance. They had my car for 2 1/2 months! Like other reviewers my inquiries went unanswered. They "lost" checks and I was told on multiple occasions that it was being worked on and that I would have it in a few days, but those days never came. The manager, Vincent (3rd since January, that tells you something right there) was downright rude and unhelpful. As a business owner I would never treat a client in the manner that I was treated. Finally in mid July I was told that my car was ready only to have my happiness quickly turn to anger as I realized that one of the main issues I brought it in for was never addressed. To add insult to injury, there were also 3 deep scratches on my hood. I called my rep immediately and was scheduled to bring in the car to rectify the situation today. At that time I was told that a loaner would be reserved for me. After moving my schedule around I was walking out the door for my 9AM appointment today when I received a text saying that there were no loaners available. I am told that I am on a waiting list for a loaner and that even though I was put on that list almost a month ago I am 11th on the list. You can't make this stuff up. I have always loved my Audis and have always secured mine through Beiner. Their service was a gold standard and I told everyone I know that they should go there. Sadly that is no longer the case and I will be car shopping at a different luxury manufacturer now. What are the odds they finally fix my car after they have taken almost 20k and 3 months later it still isn't fixed?

    Worst audi ever, brought my q3 to this Audi service multiple times to get it fixed only to be returned saying it was fixed or nothing was wrong. The most recent attempt to fix they told me nothing was wrong when my roof was clearly leaking. Do not come here.

    Bought a pre-owned, 1 owner, 2021 Audi Q7 with about 31,000 miles from Audi of Great Next. Great experience with no issues. Absolutely no issues. Clean car fax was provided by Kit. Remember to not always believe what people post in reviews because if you sell 100 cars there will always be people who are not happy with a used vehicle. By March, I realized the air conditioner was not working. I immediately returned the vehicle to the original dealership, where I was told--shockingly--that the car had been in a major front-end collision. From that point on, they dodged every question and avoided all accountability, from the service department management all the way up to the owner of the dealership. Frustrated, confused, and honestly nervous to be driving a "brand new" car with my family, I sought out help from Biener Ford in Great Neck--and I am so glad I did. Without hesitation or judgment, I was welcomed into their service department. My vehicle was inspected immediately by their head mechanics, who ultimately determined the actual repair needed. Most importantly, they confirmed that my car had not been in any major front-end collision and that it was completely safe to drive. From start to finish, every single person I dealt with at Biener Ford was an absolute pleasure. They coordinated picking up my vehicle from my job, ordered parts promptly, and kept me informed every step of the way. The service manager, Peter, is truly the best there is--knowledgeable, patient, and exceptionally kind to both customers and his team. The mechanics at Biener are equally top-notch, and I wouldn't trust my truck--or any of my vehicles--with anyone else. I only wish I had researched service departments before purchasing my vehicle, because I never would have gone to Levittown Ford. The service department alone at Biener Ford has earned a lifelong customer. Highly, highly recommend.

    I have tried to be patient with this business but this has quite literally dragged on for two weeks…read morenow. It's a simple process that most dealerships can accomplish within an hour or two. I have bought several vehicles at this point in my life and never have I been so ignored or treated like the dealership could not care less at all. All I've gotten from you is excuses. My ex husband sold cars for Cadillac! So I am very, very well aware of the process and there is absolutely no good reason or excuse in the world for it to take two weeks and still not have gotten anywhere. The only possible reason is because you just don't care and my business is very clearly not important to you at all! This entire experience has been the worst, I literally can't even believe how lackadaisical you are as a sales person when this is apparently your business, that you own. You'd really think you would care more about how you treat customers and the reputation that you are creating and the fact that you clearly don't care at all about how outrageously long it has taken for every pathetic little step of the way of moving forward to actually purchase one of your vehicles. You say you didn't receive it but you received every other email I sent so again it's just excuses and I don't buy it. That paperwork was emailed to you on Thursday by Monday still nothing. But one could wonder why you even bother to ask me to put a credit application in if you apparently don't have the time to actually deal with selling a car?     Bottom line up front: I met 2 salesmen, and the owner, and all three are excellent folks to deal…read morewith. I bought 1 clean vehicle that is running very well so far. The experience was lackluster at first, but was turned around and ended well. The long version: I was looking for a family vehicle, and after looking around a bit, I found that Great Neck Buyers and Sellers Inc had a very clean 2012 Land Rover Lr4 with 81K miles. Listed Price: $16,695.00 I verified that it was there. Kay was very pleasant on the phone. I was coming from 1 hour and 20 minutes away, and scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I was already approved for the loan with my bank. When we got there we were introduced to a salesman name David. David was an excellent salesman, I have no issues with him. He was just doing his job so I don't blame on him. He quickly let me know that The price was not the real price in that I would have to add $1,995 down payment to be at the price. So the vehicle's actual price was: $18,690! Anyway, we where allowed to see the vehicle, but it was not ready for a test drive. I insisted that we test drive, but was brought in to do paperwork instead. I figured ok, no problem. I explained, as we start the paper work, that I was already approved by my bank. That news seemed to trouble Dave, he mentioned that we MUST finance with them. They don't like you buy without financing through them, since the owners make money with the banks and so they require you to finance. But he was nice enough ask for an exception, and he got it. He then proceeded to go though some numbers, so he got a piece of paper and started adding in more fees (he did waive some). By the time we got to the finance guy here is what it started to look like: $1995 down payment $1099 Prep Fee $295 Doc Fee (waived) $525 DMV Fee (insane) The straw that broke the camel's back was when he mentioned a warranty, and I told him that I had one included in my bank's financing. He had to ask for permission to waive this as well. When he came back, he introduced me to Kazi, another salesman there, who politely explained their warranty policy (that you must buy one from them), he offered that he would ask the company for permission and give me a response the following day. At that point, I explained that enough was enough, and that I did not agree with their style of operation, and would be looking elsewhere for a vehicle. So I left. About 45 minutes later, I received a call from Kazi requesting the opportunity to make everything right. He promised to have the vehicle ready for test drive the next morning. I agreed to discuss it the next day and see. Kazi called me the next day as he said he would. I explained that I felt that since I was fortunate enough to be approved with warranty already, that I did not appreciate such of what i felt was a run around. He was very apologetic, and courteous. I asked him for the no-nonsense price, and he told me 18,500 plus tax and tags. I took a day to think about it, and agreed to test drive and if all well, purchase. Kazi was off on the day that I went in to test drive and purchase. But he made all accommodations for me, so that I had a pleasant experience when I went back. I did. David had the vehicle ready to test, I did, and agreed to purchase. From that point on, I worked with David and John, the owner, whom were both professional, and courteous for the entire transaction. In the end, I purchased a fine vehicle at a decent price, from professional and courteous people. My only qualm is with the process, the added fees, hidden down payment, and the required finance and warranty, but at the same time, if I was not preapproved with a warranty, I would have had no issue with the latter. All is well that ends well!! I recommend this dealership, just be ready for the parameters stated. What cannot be understated is the professionalism of all three gentlemen, and especially Kazi for reaching out to make it happen. Thanks to David, Kazi and John.

After an hour of back and forth they still couldn't figure out how to process the sale. I am walking out frustrated and with no car just out of principle. They didn't even know what a smog check is!!! What was supposed to be simple was a pathetic effort on their end. I walked down the street and purchased a vehicle with no hassle within 45 minutes! Stay away from them!
