How I wanted to write the most amazing review of my purchase of a 40 thousand dollar Lexus from Lance Of LuxSport. But the OPPOSITE SADLY IS TRUE. LANCE of LuxSport lied, misrepresented and stole about 2500 dollars from me during this transaction. He misrepresented the condition of the car in so many ways. He inferred he would damage my reputation if I wrote this review. This leads me to believe most of his reviews, if not all, were contrived to take unwitting customers to the cleaners. Everything I will be writing is documented by emails, texts and bills for the car. 1. When I called from Florida to ask about the car, I asked all the correct questions. I asked about the condition of the paint, tires, brakes, leather, interior, maintenance, fluids, filters and said tell me everything about the car short of physically being there. He explained tires were near new and were a 9 out of 10. Paint near perfect. Filter replaced and clean. 2. I then said when the car is delivered, which took close to 3 weeks after paying, I would take it into J M Lexus for a complete inspection. He said he wasn't consider and would take care of whatever cost would be incurred, but the car is perfect. 3. SADLY IT WASN'T. 4. The paint had clear imperfections. The wrong color touch up paint was used to cover and Of course it didn't. 5. The tires. OH THE TIRES. THE DOT DATE WERE TELLING ANOTHER STORY. They were dated as 10 YEAR OLD TIRES. They were DRY ROTTED and out of round. DANGEROUS BEYOND SAFTY. THEY COULD AND WOULD BLOW OUT UNDER ANY SPEED AND HEAT. I changed them immediately. I also changed dirty filters. 6. I then called Lance immediately and sent him all the bills. He said he would take care of them. Then he REVERSED HIS WORD. HE BLAMED the most reputable dealer on the east coast to be trying to steel my money. He never paid for the tires or filter. Then he THREATENED ME. If I wrote this review, he would harm me. I have a text message in print by him to verify my statement. 7. Let's move on. I then also paid extra 500 dollars to have Lance of Lux Sport to install an X M receiver in the car. It was done so poorly, I had it removed and restalled. The Sterio company explained to me, that the original installation by Lance was terrible. A lot of screws were left out of the dashboard when installed. He does lousy work and charges large numbers. 8. I paid an extra 300 dollars to do a special silicone Simonize to the car before I received it. Upon receiving the car, there was no silicone simonize done to it. How do I know ? Easy, when it rained, no water beaded up. I called my detailer and had him check it. He ended up doing his job over again That's enough said. If anyone chooses to purchase a car from this man, let buyer beware. Lance of LuxSport is not an honest dealer. He will tell u what you want to here. Once he has your money you are at the disadvantage. Send a Professonal to inspect anything you buy from him. He has no issue in misrepresenting his product. He will not honor his word. I don't mind over paying for for what I want. BUT I WILL NOT ACCEPT BEING RAPED. THIS LANCE OF LUXSPORT NEEDS TO BE AVOIDED. U CAN FIND THE SAME CAR AT ANOTHER DEALER WHO IS REPUTABLE. This review is for both the sale of a vehicle (consignment) by LuxSport Motor Group, and a purchase of a vehicle in their inventory. In July of 2018, I contacted Lance Yudkin of LuxSport Motor Group about a Ferrari 488 that they had in their inventory. I was a given a very thorough description and run down of the vehicle over the telephone. I called back later in the day and Lance provided me a walk around tour of the vehicle through Facetime on the Apple Iphone. I asked him to take the vehicle out of the showroom into the sunlight so I could see the vehicle more clearly. After we negotiated the purchase price, I had a pre-purchase inspection performed on the vehicle at Ferrari of Long Island. The team at LuxSport coordinated the vehicle to be securely picked up and dropped off for the pre-purchase inspection. After I received the results of the inspection, their Finance Manager Jennifer helped me secure funding of the vehicle through Woodside Credit. Although Woodside Credit was very slow in getting the loan documents processed and the vehicle funded, I was very impressed with Lance's Candor and willingness to send the vehicle to me in Minneapolis while he awaited funding from Woodside Credit. The vehicle arrived a week later and I was very pleased with the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle arrived fully detailed, with a full tank of gas, all of the accessories including both keys, the Ferrari Car Cover, tools and owners manuals were inside the vehicle. I received a follow up call and email from Lance ensuring that I was satisfied with the vehicle. About two weeks later, I decided to put my 1996 Porsche 993 Twin Turbo on consignment with LuxSport for a term of 90 days. After signing their consignment agreement, they had the vehicle picked up with an enclosed carrier, brought it back to their showroom on Long Island, had the car detailed, photographed and then they marketed the vehicle. After 88 days that car finally did sell. Although the vehicle did not sell for the full asking price that we had hoped, it did sell for 95% of the asking price which I was pleased with. I was very impressed with the way that LuxSport handled both transactions and I look forward to being a customer in the future. If you're wary of car dealers, hate feeling conned, and want the simplest, most straight forward transaction for a large purchase you've ever imagined....buy a car from LuxSport. It will feel too good to be true. You will keep thinking there's a catch....but Lance and Stu will surprise you. Apparently, it CAN be easy, it can even be delightful! I bought my dream car from LuxSport after three years of looking for EXACTLY the one they had listed online. I live several states away but drove down to check out the 2014 Mercedes E350 Wagon to take it for a test drive. While the car exceeded my expectations, I did my best to disguise my enthusiasm and mentally prepared myself to turn around and drive home if there was even one dollar added to the price beyond what we'd agreed upon over the phone (which was simply their asking price and fair). After signing the sales agreement, providing payment...the transaction was completed. It took maybe 15 minutes! There was no haggling, no upsells, nothing other than the easiest of conversations and transaction. It seemed way too good to be true! I kept waiting for the other foot to drop, yet maybe half an hour later after reading everything five times over to see what the catch was....I was driving home in my dream car! Lance arranged to have the car I'd driven to the showroom shipped to me the next day for a reasonable cost so I could drive off the lot in my new Mercedes. It took an additional day beyond what I'd expected to receive my old car, but it arrived in good shape and was very carefully taken off the truck by the driver as if it were a luxury car as well. Classy. I did need to follow-up multiple times with LuxSport before I received the title. I lived in fear maybe this was when the other foot would drop, but the title arrived and the car passed State inspection and registration with no issue. In fact, the mechanic at the Inspection Center told me I got a great deal on the car as it is in perfect condition and working order. I recently purchased an E36 M3 from LuxSport. I live in NYC, so I by no means need a car, but I'd been missing driving as a part of my life. I have always wanted an E36 M3 specifically (last summer I almost purchased an E46, but it just didn't feel right). I reached out to Lance at LuxSport and he arranged for his associate Mike to show my wife and I a couple of E36 M3s that LuxSport had for sale. Mike was tremendously helpful and personable - it was great to talk to a fellow enthusiast (Lance and Mike are both car people) rather than a dealer who treats every customer like they're looking for a gently-used Camry. After having a pre-purchase inspection performed (car was in excellent shape, especially for being 24 years old), I decided to pull the trigger on an all-stock, black-on-black-vaders. I took the car on a 500 mile road trip to the Adirondack mountains essentially right after I purchased it, and it performed spectacularly. Upon returning, I took the car in on last-minute notice to BMW of Manhattan to have them recharge the AC. Not only were there no leaks in the AC system, but they gave the car a full look over to make sure it didn't need anything else - aside from shifter bushings (which I knew about before purchasing the car), they found no other issues. I don't know if there's a better compliment for a 24-year-old BMW M-car than when a BMW dealer service department can't find anything they think should be fixed. The condition of my car reaffirmed my decision to purchase a quality example rather than go bargain hunting for a rust bucket that would have cost twice its purchase price in necessary repairs by now. LuxSport is not a bargain bin dealer - they offer high quality vehicles at reasonable prices - I would definitely recommend them to any enthusiast who is looking for a high quality example of the kind of cars they just don't make anymore. Purchased my 1997 Porsche 993 Twin Turbo from Lance Yudkin at LuxSport Motor Group in Long Island back in 2016. Have to say I was very pleased with the experience. I had several phone call dialogues with the owner Lance Yudkin before coming to see the car. One of his salesmen sent me a detailed video walk around of the car, they scanned in and sent me copies of all of the service receipts. I put a deposit on the car and a week later I made the trip from East Hampton to their showroom in New Hyde Park. The car was exactly as described, and there were no hidden issues. I was unable to test drive the car which was a bummer because all of the cars in their facility are on display like a museum, so I had to chance that the car was mechanically sound (which it was). Their finance manager helped me arrange financing for the vehicle. They even handled the shipping at my home in East Hampton, NY complimentary! This past month I decided to sell my beloved 993 Twin Turbo recently and called the owner of the store Lance Yudkin and he agreed to purchase it back. The process could not have been any easy. He did exactly as he promised he would, the money was wired in a timely fashion, the title exchange was made simple and the car was picked up when they said it would. I am a man of principal and when someone gives me their word and honors it leaves me with a good feeling. I look forward to working with the team at LuxSport Motor Group again. I will be looking to purchase a Porsche 997.2 Twin Turbo in the spring from them so I will write a follow up to this review on how they handled the transaction. After searching for years for the exact Lotus Exige S I had in mind, I finally saw one pop up at LuxSport Motor Group. I knew I had to jump on it immediately, as I missed an opportunity to own one a few years back. I called and Lance picked up the phone. I was looking for a particular year/ model of Porsche in a particular combination of exterior/ interior color, LuxSport had the car I wanted down to the steering wheel. Went to Long Island to check the car out, everything looked really good and I put down a deposit on the car. Stu was kind enough to take the car to the nearest Porsche dealer to have a DME report run, which was extremely clean with ZERO over-revs in categories 2 through 6. I wanted to get a detailed PPI done before I bought as well, this is my first Porsche and I wanted to make sure everything checked out. Again Stu very kindly took the car to an independent Porsche shop of my choice, the car was in excellent mechanical condition. The following week I went to pick up the car, met Lance for the first time there. Paid for the car, signed a few documents and drove the car back home. The only reason I am writing a review is because during my research, I came across reviews from some unhappy customers. I was extra thorough at each step, checking and double checking things with Stu to ensure a good experience - and I came away very satisfied. I searched for weeks to finally find my Porsche 911 Carrera S 997 at luxSport. If you have searched for these cars you understand how fast they can disappear. I called Lance the owner at LuxSport and asked him many questions about the car. I wanted a Carrera S manual transmission in good shape, no accidents with acceptable mileage. Lance told me about the car and it was exactly what I wanted. Here's what I learned about LuxSport and Lance AFTER the sale. I noticed swirl marks in the photos of the black paint and the very common wear of the temp and fan control buttons. Lance agreed to fix them both at no extra charge. Everything he told me about the service history was verified by the actual receipts included with the car. I can't be happier with my purchase. LuxSports is also taking care of all the title, tag transfer and other crazy out of state stuff Florida requires. Bottom line is that this was an excellent purchase. Lance went above and beyond on delivery and even corrected issues I didn't notice until after the sale......who does that? Purchased a 2005 BMW E46 M3 from Lance at LuxSport Motor Group recently. The car arrived as described, however there were some transport delays in getting the car down to my home in Miami. The car did match the description in the ad on their website, but did need a service with BMW. I am working with the owner of the dealership to cover some of the servicing that it needs. I will post an update to this review if they live up to their responsibilities. I searched for this exact car for over a year, and I am happy and satisfied with it. The Dealer was honest and upfront with the overall condition of the vehicle. I would have liked it it was serviced before I purchased it but I do recognize that it is a 12 year old car. I would recommend LuxSport Motor Group when purchasing a vehicle, and the owner Lance is very nice and a man of his word. I was looking online for a specific car for a while actually, Mercedes E63 S AMG . I was very happy to see it available near by at this place in Long Island, I want to explain a little bit about me, I am a very picky person when it comes to cars and hard to please. When i saw the car I was looking for, I was very impressed, the condition of the car was way better than I had expected. Just sold my 1996 911 (993) to Lance. I don't think I've ever sold a car--either run them into the ground, trade them in, or give them to a relative--so I don't really know how the sale process is done. I just know all the scary things I've been warned about! Lance was really good at helping me through the process in a way that felt comfortable (and safe) for me. The big part was him doing a wire transfer of the purchase price to my bank before I sent him the pink slip. My financial adviser said a wire transfer is the best, guaranteed way to receive money. Lance also arranged for the car to be transported, at his cost. The initial conversation (Lance saw my ad on AutoTrader) was also very comfortable--a few email exchanges then a phone call. His initial offer was a bit lower than I wanted to go but in a short time we reached a price that I was--and remain--quite happy with. This whole process was also nice--again for someone who does not sell cars and only infrequently purchases them. read more

Finally I found my car! I had been searching for a very rare manual transmission model for mercedes benz. I found a listing online after years of searching that meet my criteria. Car is in mint condition. Extremely low mileage. Very well maintained interior and no fold marks of bucket seats(which I always see in used cars woth bucket seats) The guy I spoke to over phone Lance(owner) was able to schedule a virtual tour for the car and the transaction from beginning to end had been seemless and no stress or being pushed to purchase insurance. Plus a big plus is everything was done online. I forgot to mention that I am in California and Lance still answer phone/text inquiries even after hours like 10pm New York time. Purchased an older 1995 classic Jaguar XJS from Lance at LuxSport a few weeks ago. The negotiations were very straight forward and ethically handled by Lance and his group all the way to me committing to the purchase. This Jaguar is 25 years old so there was a major necessity for the seller to be very descriptive, honest about the cars condition with full disclosure. Lance and his group went over the top to represent the car honestly telling me every aspect about this 25 year old car. I felt such confidence in his company that I purchased the car from 3000 miles away based solely on his statements and pictures. When the car arrived in California, it was everything Lance said it was and even a bit more, with some extras in the trunk that he did not even mention. The car sold for what we agreed upon and I was more than happy to pay LuxSport their commission for handling of the sale. As a busy business owner they took the pain of me selling my car away and I was very happy with the price that it sold for.
