Max is the man. I have a PC with a 32core (64 threads) CPU motherboard that I use for my heavy data analysis. Just upgraded pretty much everything but the CPU & Mobo. The highlight was the GPU, of which the price is just insane. But to use my new 3 4k monitor set up without comprising any quality, and to play current games in 4k, I needed to get a strong GPU. My HP Spectre keyboard was suddenly not working so I came here based on reviews. Max decided to order a new keyboard and sent me home with a loaner one to use in the interim. A few days later my keyboard started working again. I consulted Max over the phone and he said that most likely since it started failing it may fail again at any time. And since my keyboard was hard to find, he thought it best I keep the new one as security rather than return it and so I'd have a backup for the future. Or he could return it and only charge me for shipping. Seemed like a good idea to keep it so when the new keyboard arrived I went to pick it up, thinking I'd grab it and go home. But Max wanted to check and see if mine had any damage inside the computer so he took it apart and checked it all out. And check it out he did. He cleaned it all off, found some issues but nothing major, and after a 30 minute inspection and cleaning he re-assembled it and gave it to me No charge for all this work! I was ready to pay him a cleaning and inspection fee but he did not even mention it. Had there been an issue he would have charged of course and traded out the keyboard, but there was no need. What a surprise. A free cleaning? Unheard of. Hard to find such good service and I feel I now have a trusted and expert computer mechanic nearby for future issues. read more

I will definitely be coming back to Max for any future computer service needs! I called multiple computer service businesses and I went with Max as he was more welcoming, had good pricing, and he was willing to complete the request within my desired time frame. I wanted Max to replace a liquid cooling AIO system on my pre-built Lenovo desktop. I know it can be complicated due to proprietary tools/configurations that Lenovo uses, but this was not a problem for Max. He was able to provide suggestions on which replacement product to buy and installed it perfectly! Previously my CPU was consistently hitting 90C under load. This would cause my CPU to throttle performance and as a result I could not play modern games on high settings (despite my 2080S running just fine). My CPU runs at 50C under load and I can finally play modern games on highest settings!! read more
