Service is pretty good just a little slow but that was okay because there were two groups ahead of us. Car pick-up was smooth, easy, and fun! Haha thank you Tesla for welcoming to the fam ^.^ P.S- Staff answered all my questions with ease and trading in a car the process was a lot more simple than I thought!

Victoria provided a great pick up experience. She was efficient & polite. She made the process quick and easy. It took about 30 minutes in total. They will actually tell you 10 minutes but by the time you sign all the papers, they bring the car around and show you a few things on the car, it's 30 minutes. The location is walking distance from the Douglas Road metrorail station. If you drive, there is parking in the back. I returned the next day to buy a charging adapter. This took about 25 minutes because I had to wait for someone to help me, then he had to enter all my information in the computer, and finally he had to run up to Parts to get the adapter. I wish the process was more efficient.

I left my car with the service team for an appointment on August 9th because I noticed I had an air bubble in my driver side dual pane glass. Thankfully the team was able to replace the glass but upon closer inspection I noticed an issue with my driver side door. The body line was no longer aligned with the rest of the car, and it would appear they attempted to raise my door's widow trim to match the other doors. I brought my car in again on August 17th to have the issue corrected and received the car back the following day in the same condition. It looks as if literally nothing changed and none of my issues were addressed. If you want to receive your car back in worse shape, make sure you visit the Coral Gables Service Team. They will be sure to find a way to f**k something up and leave you with more problems than you arrived with. Not to mention their incompetent interns at the service desk. Steer clear of this place at all costs if you care at all about your sixty thousand dollar plus car.

Tesla coral gables has a very bad customer service. This is the 3rd time I have to bring my car in for the same issue. They aren't able to fix it nor offer a solution nor a loaner car. I was offered a loaner car the 2nd time I have to bring my car for in service now they are refusing to one. Also very shady of Tesla to disable google and facebook reviews. Phone number at coral gables doesn't work it goes ti a machine making it impossible reach out to a live person. I regret 100 times getting a Tesla, if you reading this dont make the same mistake as I did.

The best car buying experience ever! So painless and wonderful. Go to the Bird Rd location and ask for Mathius. Stand up guy and very helpful and patient.

Nicole is extremely rude and the reason I decided not to get a Tesla, she is very judgmental.

Checkout was a breeze, I didn't catch the checkout representatives name yet he was also great showing me around the car and explaining everything.

However, the moment the purchase was complete, the customer service completely disappeared. We purchased our vehicle in April and were even required to arrange shipping ourselves--something other dealerships we've worked with have always handled. Months later, we are still waiting for our tags. Getting anyone to respond has been nearly impossible. No one will call us directly; communication is limited to email, and every delay comes with another excuse. First, the person handling our paperwork was on vacation. Then we were told it was delayed because it was the end of the month. Now we've been informed that the FedEx package containing our tags has been lost somewhere in the dealership. At this point, there has been a complete lack of accountability, urgency, and customer service. Once they have your money, don't expect the same level of attention you received before the sale. If you have other options, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that value their customers both before and after the sale.

My prior VW lease at the time was ending and I needed to make a decision on what car I would lease next. The last time I was at this dealer I had a great experience, unfortunately that salesperson is no longer working here. I spoke to Angelo on the phone and clearly told him what I was comfortable paying to continue leasing from VW. He said it could be done, first month, tag, registration and fees, that's all I would have to pay. I went to the dealer the same day, signed everything and got my new car. I even forgot my second set of keys from the old car, which I dropped off about a week later to the dealership because, as Angelo stated, he doesn't want VW to charge me to it. He expressed how happy the dealer was to keep my business. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary. That is until 3 weeks later I received a $1400 bill from VW for wear and tear. At NO point in the process did Angelo mention this to me. There were plenty of opportunities to bring this up. But as with dealers goes, all they care about is to make the sale. I tried to speak to Angelo again and he was completely dismissive, tried to speak to the Sales Manager, he said he would talk to Angelo and call me back, he never did. As I told the manager, all Angelo had to do was tell me to expect a bill from VW so I can make my financial decisions with all the facts in front of me. NOBODY likes to receive a $1400 bill they were not expecting. All the manager had to was call me back to at the minimum acknowledge the error. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of upfront honesty. I never expected this kind of treatment from this dealership

Arrived at the time of appointment and greeted with a sales reps that didn't know the meaning of a smile. Then only to find out the car we came to see wasn't available at the dealer and it was at the west palm beach location going through an inspection! Why??? Why confirm appointments and why post the vehicle being available at Doral when it wasn't. False advertisement and bait and switch tactic likely. However, luckily my son was also interested in other vehicles at the location so it kinda worked out. Another issue as well was their key management system as they seem to have a hard time finding keys for the car we where interested in and when found and ready for a test drive, they had trouble finding keys for cars that were blocking us in. Advice to call the dealer directly to confirm availability compared to dealing with the online customer service. And be prepared to wait! Everything else is also true about other reviews with the high dealer fees of $1299 and a mandatory protection plan that's $1699 which along with sales tax and title and tag fees will likely add $4000-$5000 extra for your out the door price. Although it's all extra fluff, it's common with many dealers so continuing your search for a car anywhere else you may encounter similar outrageous fees.
