I recently leased a vehicle from this dealership, and the level of transparency at this place is completely unacceptable. My prior VW lease at the time was ending and I needed to make a decision on what car I would lease next. The last time I was at this dealer I had a great experience, unfortunately that salesperson is no longer working here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I spoke to Angelo on the phone and clearly told him what I was comfortable paying to continue leasing from VW. He said it could be done, first month, tag, registration and fees, that's all I would have to pay.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went to the dealer the same day, signed everything and got my new car. I even forgot my second set of keys from the old car, which I dropped off about a week later to the dealership because, as Angelo stated, he doesn't want VW to charge me to it. He expressed how happy the dealer was to keep my business. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary. That is until 3 weeks later I received a $1400 bill from VW for wear and tear. At NO point in the process did Angelo mention this to me. There were plenty of opportunities to bring this up. But as with dealers goes, all they care about is to make the sale. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I tried to speak to Angelo again and he was completely dismissive, tried to speak to the Sales Manager, he said he would talk to Angelo and call me back, he never did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As I told the manager, all Angelo had to do was tell me to expect a bill from VW so I can make my financial decisions with all the facts in front of me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Francys Ordosgoitti is a scam artist.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She calls me up and tells me my lease is ending soon and to come in before the end of April to take advantage of a Volkswagen loyalty special so that I can get a new car for less than what I am paying now. She also mentions that she has a $4,000 check with my name on it if I come in and switch out my car, which I'm already skeptical about because who is just handing out $4,000 checks. Regardless I go and we sit down. She asks me what I want and I tell her just put me in the same car (SE) I have now, same color, everything. She asks me if I want to see it, so we walk out and look at the car. I ask her about the safety features like side assist, lane assist, emergency breaking because my current car doesn't have that. She says oh yea it has all that because it's good for insurance. We go back to her office and she has an offer for me with an SE trim car (like the one I had). I tell her I don't want to put any money down so she leaves and comes back a few minutes later with another offer but she had switched the trim to S without telling me or me noticing. Then she sends me to finance and we're going over the terms of my lease and I find out she tried to put me down for 7,500 miles per year instead of the 10,000 I had on my last two leases. I fought this and the guy is able to bump me up to 10,000 for no extra charge. Then we get to the monthly payments, what she had quoted me obviously gets bumped up by "taxes and fees" and I'm ending up paying basically the same as I was before, saving $5 bucks a month which I bring up to $10. Thank God for that loyalty program incentive. I sign the lease and meet up with Francys so she can take me to my car. Just out of curiosity I ask her about this check. She says that the "check" is the money that they use to pay off the remainder of my lease. I tell her that I don't owe $4,000 on my lease so I would still be receiving something. She then comes up with some convoluted story about how they'll use the check and then the remainder they'll make a check for me for tomorrow. I highly doubt I'll ever see this fantastical check. We get in so she can set up my bluetooth and I go to adjust my seat and I notice there's no electronic seat adjustment, she's tell me I have to adjust it manually. That's when I realize what she did. Like I said she switched the trims without telling me so now I just signed a lease for a car that has no electronic seat adjustment, no push to start, no keyless entry, no spare tire, no sunroof, no remote start, and I'm sure other features I haven't realized yet and I'm paying the same as I was for a car that had all those things. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She can tell I'm upset and just says well that's just the way it goes, I already signed the lease so there's nothing I can do.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then she says, "listen you're not married to this car, just come back in two and a half years and we'll get you into something you're happy with."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I tell her, well with all the features you've taken away from me I'll be lucky that in the three years at this price my lease will even come with tires. She did not find this funny. So after some debate about whether I should take the car or not I finally decide to stay with it and drive home. Not even 10 minutes from the dealership I start getting alarms that all the safety features like front and side assist, and lane monitoring are not available. The one feature I had asked about. I purchased an Atlas on 2/13/2026 from DEEL VOLKSWAGEN in Miami, Florida. I requested two specific features, remote start and electric lift gate. It was confirmed twice that it was standard in their SUVs. Bought car and left dealer but once I got home I tried and couldn't make them work. I went back today 2/14/2026, less than 24 hours later. VW Deel Coral Gables - Extremely Disappointing Service Experience My recent experience with the service department at VW Deel Coral Gables was extremely frustrating. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I scheduled service for my 2023 Atlas and confirmed several times over the phone that the service--specifically the oil change--was still free under my plan. I was told yes each time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After driving an hour early in the morning for my vehicle service appointment at DEEL VW Coral Gables, the service agent informed me the oil change would cost $168. Spoke with them on the phone about buying out my lease, they said all I had to pay was the residual on my contract, only caveat was that the service dept. had to inspect it before I bought it. I made an appointment, toke it in and now they want to charge me all kinds of fee's plus a $350 "inspection fee". which "I didn't have to pay if I just returned it" ( which makes no sense). I told them if that's the case I'm not sure it's worth buying the car after all. The part that really got me was when they said I couldn't leave with the car even though there was 2 weeks left in my lease unless I payed the $350. I called the manager I spoke with the week before and he told me he "doesn't remember talking to me or telling me that", I called Doral VW and they told me they don't change fee's for lease buy out's and every dealership does what they want. Pretty disappointed with VW DEEL Service department today. Had an issue with the fuel cap not opening most likely due to a broken actuator. At first was recommended attempting to pry it open by using a suction cup just so i could put fuel as i was low but after multiple attempts it wouldn't give. Had to accept id have to get it fixed by the dealership so i dropped it off to be picked up later. After a few hours was called told it was fixed and the actuator was replaced and I'm all set. When i did the walk around the car is when i was shocked to find not only was the car paint significantly damaged but it was painted over with a blue sharpie as if I wouldn't notice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I can't blame the service agent Arturo who was super helpful throughout the whole visit but clearly a mechanic didn't take any time or precautions to not damage my car while it was in Deel VW care or let the service member or me know that they damaged it and cover it up with blue sharpie that came off with one wipe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].. they offered to take it to their body shop to fix it once they have a loaner for me to use but hard to trust DEEL when they didn't take care of my car the first time. read more

So this is going to be a summary of my experience at Deel VW during the past 2 weeks. I leased a 2020 Atlas Cross Sport SEL 4motion the 8th of October and pick it up the 10th. The engine light turned on that same night with less than 50 miles. I took the car to Deel VW October 11. The assistant sales manager (Bridgette) and Andre (another salesman) said that it was just a sensor they "forgot" to turned off and she assured me the car was perfectly fine. I don't understand how they assured me that the car was fine when none of them have the qualifications to determine if it's just a sensor. Somehow they didn't have any appointments for me on Monday for which they sent me to another VW dealer (Palmetto). Remember this a brand new car I took home less than 24 hours ago. On Monday while driving to Palmetto the check engine light was off but the gas sensor was showing a full tank even though the night before it was 3/4. After having the car for a day they explained it needed a piece that they need to order. They said it would be safe to drive the car while waiting for the piece, but that I needed to fill the tank so that way I had an idea of the miles driven. So I put gas on the car and barely used it. Finally they tell me to bring the car in on Friday Oct 16. I did and after 4 hours waiting at the Palmetto VW they told me they ordered the wrong piece. At that point I drove back to Deel VW with both engine and gas sensor damaged. Once I got there, already upset about the situation, they were nothing but disrespectful, condescending and patronizing towards my time and experience. Bridgette first questioned me why I took the car to a different dealer when it was them that sent me to Palmetto. Furthermore, they even told me this is the reason ''we have guarantee'' but let's not pretend that having the engine and the gas sensor broken/damage is normal in a brand new car. That Friday they gave a loaner, and called me on Monday 19 to tell that the car was ready. I went to pick it up and somehow what was damage is a was loose cable that they fixed. Take into account that this is after I was told at Palmetto it was a piece that needed to be replaced. I took the car and on Tuesday 20th; just ten days after taking the car from the dealer the first time and not 24 hours after being assure that I won't have any problem with the car, it turned OFF while I was driving on the Turnpike. This has been the most scary moment I have ever experienced in a car, I felt unsafe and fearful for my life. It was pure luck that I wasn't involved in a MVA due to incompetence of Deel VW. I was towed to the dealership and no one wanted to take responsibility. At this point I reassure them that I didn't feel safe and that I did not wanted the car back, regardless on what they might find. In this occasion I spoke with Ana who is the General Sales manager. At this point they gave me the headquarters phone number for me to create a case, knowing I wouldn't qualify for the lemon law. They also gave me a loaner to go back home. VW headquarters calls me on Wednesday 21 and explained to me why the Lemon law wouldn't apply to my case, because despite taking the car to the dealership 4 times (Sunday, Monday, Friday and Tuesday) they had just "fixed" the car twice (counting when it was towed on Tuesday). At this point there was no option but to pick up the car once fixed. When I went for the car on Friday they had the nerve to tell me that it turned off on me because it didn't have gas and that I was lucky they didn't report this to the headquarters. I have pictures showing a full tank when the car turned off on me. Also, if that was the case that the car did not have any gas, what did they do on Monday when they fixed the cable? I filled up the tank on October 14th, for which I also have receipts. So for them to tell me that it somehow was my fault was beyond disrespectful and offensive. Nonetheless, this has been by far the worst experienced in my life and I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I have the car with me now but I'm scared to drive it. I wonder how many people with a brand new car feels unsafe driving it. I guess at the Dealer they just don't care about me or my safety. Today is the 24th, so all this has happened in 14 days. Do yourself a favor and if it's a VW what you really want find yourself a different dealership. read more

Is this a case of giving the wrong information OR MISLEADING, DELUSIVE, DECEPTIVE ATTITUDE??? I was doing some research to sell my 2018 GLC 300 Mercedes, and to buy a Tiguan when the sales person from Deel, named Jenry, told me that my best option would be to trade my car with them because I would save money. That I would pay taxes over a 100 dollars difference since I was trading in my car. I dont really understand much about these things and I TRUSTED this company. I thought it was a good and old VW heritage dealer. A Technological and trustful company like Volkswagen should pay attention to this so many unhappy clients. Next day, I went there and spent more than 4 hours filling out paper work, and signing everything. And I swear, on the last page , after even signing my title transfer, it was there. US$ 1,800 taxes over the Tiguan. Not as they have mentioned before. Jenry was advised by the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, named Cesar Concepcion. (who ended up entering the financial office, apologizing " ohhh I am really sorry, I didn't know it would be different". But didn't subtract a dime that from my bill. No discount whatsoever. It was 8pm, the store was closing and I asked, who is going to pay for this " I am sorry". And Jenry, the sales person answered: Well, if you want the car, YOU! I was about to call off the whole thing because I thought how dishonest these people were, but after 15 minutes inside my Mercedes ( well, at that point, I had only the keys, because I had already signed the title transfer) I decided to leave it like that and absorb the damage. And guess what? They told me: "pass by" in a couple of days, to collect your check. MY MERCEDES CHECK! Cesar Concepcion, The Pre-Owned Sales Manager, told me over the phone today after I called like 6 times, that the DEEL's OWNER, needs to pass by , to SIGN my check! Where is this person? Can the general manager have it signed herself??? Anna Kukowski That MAYBE it could happen on Monday ... And then said that he will HELP me with that. Hello??? Help who, me? IT IS THEIR OBLIGATION! Their JOB. Owner had several days to sign a title piece of paper, had Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to sign my check, right? Are they trying to sell my car this weekend? And then,... pay me? BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION IS: IF THE PRE-OWNED SALES MANAGER Cesar and THE SALESPERSON DON'T KNOW AND Do NOT GIVE ACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT THESE TRADE INS AND TAXES, WHO WILL??? I bought a previously owned 2017 VW Beetle Convertible from Carvana. It came with one key. I haven't been able to get an appointment in North Florida. I came to Miami to help a family member thru a health crisis. The BEST thing about being here is Deel Volkswagen. Abel, my service technician, identified the previously mysterious cause of an oil leak. He also took personal care to make sure I got a second key that works. The first VW part came with a rough cut. He was not satisfied it worked cleanly and ordered an additional key to make sure it works. Overall, this facility is top rate. The check in and payment process is efficient and friendly. The waiting room has comfortable work space, spotless restrooms, and a new latte machine. If you need to go to work, the shuttle will take you anywhere in Miami-Dade. Excellent service! The service department is so overpriced and misleading. I would recommend you take your Volkswagen anywhere but here for service! An estimate of nearly $3000, when taken across the street to a comparable, non-Volkswagen-specific garage, the same repairs cost under $1000. They are charging over $200 an hour for labor. The parts are double the price they need to be as well. Every time I have taken my car here, they never fix the issue. In my $3000 estimate, they also tried to charge me $800 to replace my brakes which are also perfectly fine. Unless you have money to throw away, go to a different garage!! read more

One star is not low enough for this dealer. Service Advisor informed me via phone that a repair to my 2016 VW Touareg (24K miles and still under warranty) would be around $2600. Water had accumulated in the air filter box and the drain plug was clogged. Claimed that water also was in transmission fluid and oil. Called my normal service center, VW America and AAA. Had the car towed to normal service center and for $270 the issue was fixed... According to their tech, who primarily works on Touaregs and entirely on VW's V6 engine, that there was no sign of water in the tranny or the engine. I only brought here, because it was the dealer where I purchased the certified pre-owned Touareg. I'm filing a complaint with VW America. Not that it will really do anything, but hoping the others have done, and will do the same. read more

I was at this Volkswagen location since 6:45 in the morning waiting for my service advisor to assist me for a scheduled 7:00 AM appointment. He came up with every excuse possible to not help me out. Terrible experience I received so much pushback from him that it was ridiculous. I showed him a screenshot of my appointment and he said the screenshot wasn't good enough for him to find the email. I found the email for him and he said that I must've accidentally canceled my appointment. I even went above and beyond and logged into the Volkswagen website where I scheduled my service and showed him that my service was not canceled and he still had the audacity to tell me that he would do the exception and take the car from me today but it probably won't be ready until next week since "I didn't have an appointment". Horribles over priced- always finding a way to get your home- never answer phones...place needs some major upgrading/makeover!!

This past weekend was spent shopping for a pre-owned car for my daughter. The first place we went to was Deel Volkswagon. We were quickly greeted and attended to by Mateo Laca. The youngest sales person there, he was knowledgeable, helpful and personable. We identified a couple VW SUVs we liked there, but moved on to check out other makes and models. 8 hours later we had checked the county and determined that the Tiguan was THE car and Deel had the best car at the best price. On Sunday we made an appointment to return and Mateo helped us test drive the pristine "hunter green one" and we agreed the we were finding the best place, sales staff and automobile in town. At Deel Volkswagen they ask you to make an appt. to get your car serviced, which is reasonable, but then when you get there at your appointed time they may need you to wait till the end of the day for them to even look at it and tell you whether or not they can fix it, have the parts or when they might be done. I tried discussing with their service manager that the whole point of making an appt. was so that didn't happen. He said it was normal. I said I use the Collection for my car and there when I have an appt. they look at the car within minutes of my appt. He said its unfair to compare Deel with other dealers, because other dealers may not service as many cars as they do with the limited staff they have. I found his answer as pathetic as his service. read more

I ordered online a part for my car to pick it up. After 2 days of waiting for confirmation, I decided to call them. Mr. Alexis Lebron told me that my car was declined so I decided to go in person and buy the part. I bought the part in person. Then, few days later, I received a email confirmation that the part I ordered online was already ready to be picked it up. I was confused because I understood that my credit card was declined and the online order did not come through. I decided to go to the Parts department in Deel Volkswagen to let them know about the charge. Mr. Alexis Lebron was very defiant and never apologize for his mistake. Complete rip off trying to overcharge 600$for pieces that cost 35$, original piece from VW. Robert Frank service was horrible and hard to work with. Will never be back. Go to another VW dealer for repairs. read more

I went in for a routine service and I knew some minor parts had to be replaced (gas cap, fog light, etc) I ended up waiting 1.5 hours WITH an appointment for them to tell me that labor cost + parts would be over $500.... Days later my oil light came on and they told me I had to replace a million other things and my total that day was $930... INCLUDING $600 of LABOR COST when I was only there for a few hours. Grand total of my little Volkswagen: $1,450..... all they do is talk down to you if you're a woman because you clearly don't know anything about car parts. Never again. read more
