    My Model Y!

Absolutely the best car I have ever owned, (fastest, most space, safest, most technology, etc). Don't buy any other EV because Teslas have the most reliable drive trains, batteries, and software which are the most important aspects of EVs, not to mention a prolific and reliable charging network which spans almost all of the Western World. Feels bad when I return to drive an internal combustion engine (like driving a dinosaur)!

Tesla SC is now all about how to avoid repair under warranty and make the owners suffer.. Do not make the mistake of purchasing a used Tesla, even if they tell you it's under warranty and certified. I purchased mine from Tesla.com Certified pre-owned, under warranty last year, it had so many problems, but the main issue is now after 3-4 months into owning the MS P85+ firmware pushed to slowdown supercharging and miles blocked off. This is stealing, without giving the owner what changes are about to be made to the car over the air update. It's been over 8 months trying to get this issue resolved but no way i was able to get help. I've noticed, the only way Tesla listens is to getting lawyer-ed up, talk to the media, spread awareness about the treatment and that is what Tesla has brought me to. Again, DO NOT make the mistake they want to you purchase a new vehicle every couple of years or so, if you're planning on purchasing a brand-new model for a couple of years, you're good (unless you end up those few bad apples you're out of luck) but after that, you're on your own. Lost the trust in Tesla, Was all about it, Tesla's coffee and cars, showroom help, talking to people about the car and getting them to looking into purchasing them and many did but i won't anymore, can't and won't want someone to go through what i am going through. Tesla emails show they will bring the fix, but nothing and it has gotten worse over past a few months now 2-3 hrs supercharging from 20 to 225 miles, again i am not just bluffing i have documented everything even showed and charged the car at the SC while the SC reps looking at the logs seeing that it that long but still no action and same all story what they are washed to say... https://twitter.com/singh_harpreet9

I purchased my S580e three months ago and was amazed at the level of service this dealership showed. On the day of my purchase, I was particular with my needs, and they checked every box. My Sales agents, Anthony Surface and Sammy Mourtada, couldn't be beat. The speed and efficiency with which they do business, I was on the road with my new vehicle in the time most people spend on a lunch break. Albert in the service department is top-notch in professionalism, quality control with a great personality to boot! Lastly, the Sales Manager Nick Botusan made me a customer for life. They make places like AutoNation Texas (Purchased 5 vehicles prior) look like they are not in the same business. I wish I could give this place 10 stars.

I found a nice, clean, low mileage, metallic in color, used vehicle on one of their partners lots. Hoping the vehicle could be transported to the Woodlands location, I asked Jake, for this request. Without hestitation, and reassurance Jacob made my hope a reality. This was my first experience purchasing a car through my local BMW of The Woodlands Dealership. However, it will not be my last. The warmth, professionalism, care, and overall experience that I received at this dealership excels all the other car dealerships in Montgomery County, Texas. I have never felt so relaxed, zero high pressure tactics, and stress free, in the car buying process then at this BMW Dealership located, in The Woodlands, Texas. When I first walked though the door, the welcome group of smiling faces, professional appearance, and the smoothing atmosphere was overwhelming to me. The car purchase business conducted was, without a doubt, perfect from start to finish. My professional agent/client advisor, Jacob, "JAKE" Huon, presented me with all my options, smooth paper interactions, walked me through the buying process, showed me the vehicle then offered me a test ride. I was then introduced to, whom I believe, is The Best Financial CFS Manager, Daimarys "DAI" Millian, in the area, and the rest is history. If you are looking to purchase a reliable, clean, well manintained and classic vehicle, new or used, I recommend you stop by this welcoming, friendly, dealearship lot, "BMW of the Woodlands." The transparency, trusting agents, pricing, no high pressue sales tactics, gives this dealership 5 Stars***** The combined efforts of the team made the process of my financing efficient, fast, and transparent. In my observation it appears this dealership takes great pride, and strives in making sure their future customers are treated as one of "The BMW Family," ensuring that when I am ready for my next vehicle, I will come back to, "BMW of the Woodlands." My car buying experience did not stop at the sell, it continues with the team, when I have a question or need service. This is a great dealership, to take part in the BMW car buying family. I engage you to "LOOK" this dealership up, on I-45, The Woodlands, Texas near St. Luke Hospital, tell them "Emily" sent you there, you will not be disappointed, and you can expect, "Meticulous," car buying experience. This is, "Simply the Best," car dealership in Montgomery County, The Woodlands, Texas, to me. Emily H.S. A Very Satisfied Client

I recently brought my BMW to the service department at BMW of The Woodlands for warranty concerns…read more The vehicle has less than 30,000 miles and is experiencing multiple serious electrical issues. These include the tires not being recognized, mirrors folding on their own while driving, intermittent CarPlay and Bluetooth connectivity problems, and most concerning, the vehicle attempting to park itself while in motion along with a "vehicle may roll" warning. Prior to bringing it in, I performed a full scan and found over 40 fault codes, including faults related to the head unit and gear selector switch, along with multiple undervoltage faults. I was informed that the vehicle would be diagnosed, and according to the technician video, they were unable to verify the warnings. I was told a software update was performed and the battery was charged, and that this should resolve the issues. However, the very next day, the same critical problem occurred again where the vehicle attempted to park itself while driving and displayed the same roll warning. This raises serious concerns about whether a thorough diagnostic process was actually performed. From my perspective, it appears the vehicle may have only received a software update without proper fault tracing or module-level diagnostics. When I requested more detailed information about the diagnostic procedure, the only explanation provided was that the vehicle was updated to the latest software level. I would like to know if any actual module diagnostics or root cause analysis was performed, especially given the severity of these safety-related issues.

This car is why I drove 60 miles out of my way; to see a Bugatti in person. Thing is though, the staff at Crave was interested in my story. I called ahead to ask if the car was still on the showroom floor and they invited me to visit despite knowing I wasn't able to afford the 1.3 million dollar asking price. Customer service I'm happy to say was stellar with every staffer treating me with respect and appreciated me visiting for the sake of curiosity. The price they were telling me was $15,125 +TTL so around $16,000. They wanted me to give them more money I told them $15,000 out the door. I stuck to my guns and each time he came back asking me for more I did not budge. I told him $15k was fair and if they wouldn't sell it for that price that we could go somewhere else.
