The burger was substantial, loaded with melted cheese and mushrooms, and much better than what you normally expect from "movie theater food." The mozzarella sticks were hot, crispy, cheesy, and exactly the kind of comfort food that belongs at the movies. Being able to order everything from your seat and have it brought to you without missing the movie is the real luxury here. No standing in concession lines balancing popcorn, drinks, and snacks while the previews are already playing. The theater itself was clean, the screen was huge, and the recliners made the whole experience feel more like watching a movie from an extremely comfortable living room except someone else is bringing you dinner. Is it more expensive than a regular theater? Absolutely. But for a date night or when you want the movie itself to feel like an outing, I think the upgraded experience is worth it.

I even offered to FaceTime a family member to physically show my ID from home. They wouldn't even LOOK at them. What made this so infuriating was the rude, condescending, and snarky way we were treated by both the server and manager, Domenic. There was zero attempt to be helpful or respectful, just attitude. If a physical ID is REQUIRED, then maybe check BEFORE taking someone's money and letting them fully enter and sit down in the theater?! I demanded a full refund and left.
