All the paperwork made…read moreit through multiple layers and levels of confirmation within the app, finance department, and the local dealership without any issue. I called five days out to make sure everything was in place as I was coming from five hours away to pick up the vehicle. I even got a call the night before from Jeremy asking if I wanted to come in a day early to pick up the vehicle, which I could not do; being 5 hrs away. So one would assume, that the deal was done. All documents reviewed. Right? Wrong. On the day of delivery, approximately 30 minutes prior to my arrival, I got a call from Jeremy explaining that there was a mixup with the paperwork and the address associated with the vehicle. After talking through scenarios and what I felt were reasonable solutions, Jeremy suggested that I instead go to the DMV, the day before holiday, during rush-hour, to try to sort it out on my own. This seemed ridiculous and too time consuming. I asked in the APP, and of Jeremy, for a call from the manager, which I did not get. So I made my way to the dealership for an attempt at in person resolution. I should have cut my losses then, and turned back home. Within minutes of arrival, Jeremy passed me off to Chris who seemed more knowledgeable, and who ultimately granted my request in contacting a manager. This manager Anish, was not on site, but rather hours away in DULUTH (problem number two). After 30 minutes, Chris and Anish's solution was to redo the whole application process, and on the backend try to see if "they" could manually adjust the address. After five hours of waiting, I was presented with new documents, but different terms, for the same vehicle (which I had already paid for) requiring an additional $2000 down, and $30 extra a month. For the same vehicle I had already paid for, parked in a parking spot 50 feet away from me. Charged up, ready to go, with my name on it. Not a different vehicle, not a different model, or upgraded one. The same car, still sitting there. I was told it was a bank issue and that "they" were working through it. But there was no one they could call to expedite. Again hours later, we still had no resolution. I requested another phone call with Anish to give him one last chance to rectify the situation. I recommended just transporting the vehicle five hours away to the Tesla dealership in my hometown, where I could complete the deal in a few days. It would buy all parties time to fix the numbers, and regroup. And I was told that wasn't an option to move a vehicle from one Tesla dealership, to another Tesla dealership. Even though it was already paid for. Really? Tesla/SpaceX send rockets into space, but they couldn't figure out how to change an address without changing the terms of the deal, or transport a vehicle from one dealership to another. And they couldn't figure out how to bypass APP glitches, computer programs, and protocols, to do the right thing for the customer. Instead, in hour six at the dealership, and hour 11 of my day, I threw in the white towel and told them to cancel everything. Beginning my 5 Hour drive home without the vehicle I ordered, confirmed multiple times, and paid for weeks ago. All this over an address in Georgia versus an address in Florida. So much for the Tesla experience. Not only will I not be purchasing a Tesla from Savannah Tesla, but I will not be purchasing a Tesla in general. As they apparently are incapable of overriding applications, protocols, and computer programs. The lack of customer service, communication, oversight, accountability and execution was absolutely mind-boggling. I got a lot of "I'm sorry's" but not one person took accountability for the mistake (on Teslas end, not the customer). And not even a team of people could figure out how to fix it. Think twice before dealing with Tesla Savannah, and Tesla in general. Their process is severely flawed, with minimal human interaction, and minimal ability to override or adjust when Tesla makes a mistake.

This charging station is conveniently located on Veterans Memorial Highway, it's open 24/7 and I…read morebelieve all of the charging stations work except for the one on the far left in the back. For some reason it's never connected to my car properly. Fast charging takes about 45 mins to an hour to get to 80%. Prices are comparable. I've never seen it packed, it's usually just one other car here but generally the stations are all available. If you come at night the area is well lit and there are cameras at the nearby businesses for safety protocols. Of course you should still use your own discretion when charging at night as planet fitness in Dollar tree are still fairly busy during the evening times. if you're in the area I definitely recommend.

There is an attendant who comes round and cleans bc some people here actually have zero home training. It's always clean bc of these attendants so shoutout to them! I rented an RV from Lightnin for a trip to Yellowstone and it was one of the best vacations I ever…read morehad. In terms of pricing it was a little costly to rent the RV but after checking prices elsewhere it was in no way out of line with what you are going to get anywhere else. Considering that all their units are very new I would say it was actually a bargain. When I picked up the unit they gave me a brief and very helpful tutorial (being a first time user) and then off I went with a fully prepped and cleaned RV. The trip was over 4000 miles and 11 days. During that time we had not one problem with the RV. It was more than up to the task even when climbing large hills, as is necessary in Yellowstone. ;) On our return the checkout was very quick and my deposit and refund for miles not used was returned to me very promptly. Overall the experience was so enjoyable I am now planning to purchase my own travel trailer in the future. If, however, I ever want to rent again in the future I would not hesitate to use Lightnin RV again. I highly recommend them.

This used to be an amazing Advance Auto Parts store, thoughly lately it seems to have gone down…read morehill. Today was horrible. My wife had a 700CCA battery that I purchased last year and it died. It went to get an exchange today and was told to order a new one which is sized 124R with 700 Cold Cranking Amps. I ordered the same one and came to the store to pick it up and exchange it and they would issue the refund of the $150, so this made it my second visit today. They gave me the new battery and when I put it into my wife's SUV the positive and negative was reversed and I brought it back (my 3rd visit). I was blamed because I ordered the wrong part, it turned out that I was suppose to order 124R-1 instead, so I had to go back home and order the otherone and return a 4th time today. I was given the 124R-1, but this time with only 600 cranking amps. It is sad that they did not check to make sure that both batteries were the exact same before I left and that I now had to order another battery. I paid $300, which will be refunded, but this could of easily been avoided had the supposely professionals check to make sure that I was leaving with the right battery. With so many different specs on a battery and with the negative vs positive being on one side and sometimes being on the otherside, one would think that these professionals would double check before sending someone on their way out the door. It is bad that Advance Auto Parts no longer carries the 700CCA battery and now only carries the 600CCA version. Now I have a 16.5% weaker battery with less startup juice that will last less time and Advance is charging customers the same price for it. Was having car trouble and went here to have my battery checked. We were helped by Henry Woodard,…read morethe General Manager. He was so kind and helpful! My battery was fine and it turned out that I needed a new starter for my car. He looked up the item number for me and told me to order it online and opt to have it picked up at the store (which I did). Doing it that way got me a discount. Henry gave us extraordinary customer service. He was just so nice and courteous and with the patience of Job. His personality was upbeat and positive. He let me know the services that the store offers for free, which includes battery check and installation, starter check, alternator check, windshield wiper installation, engine light check, and they will loan you tools. We bought windshield wipers while we were there and he put them on for us. I loathe car problems, but Henry made the situation much easier to deal with. After purchasing the starter, Henry referred me to a good mechanic in the area (that too was a good experience). I couldn't give 5 stars because while Henry is a wonderful example of customer service, some of the other employees left a lot to be desired in my subsequent visits. They weren't rude or anything, but just very dry and unwelcoming. I mean, greet me; don't wait for me to say something first. Customer service 101. After dealing with Henry, my expectations were way up. Anyway, Henry was wonderful and I will return to this store because of him.
