I contacted EV Guys along with three other companies listed in PSE's Recommended Energy Professionals (REP) Directory. After speaking with all of them, I chose EV Guys because of their professionalism, high quality work, customer focused approach, and reasonable pricing. Behrang, the owner, is exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He presented several design options and walked me through each one in detail -- including panel capacity, breaker selection and layout, installation locations, and cost considerations. He answered all my questions thoroughly and helped me feel confident in my decision. His responsiveness and consideration are outstanding. After the installation, whenever I had questions or needed help, he replied promptly -- even on weekends. He is also an excellent project manager, handling scheduling, accounting, and the permit process smoothly and efficiently. His crew delivered top notch workmanship: precise, clean, and fast. Truly excellent craftsmanship. I have been extremely impressed with this company's work ethic and quality. I strongly recommend EV Guys and will hire them again for future projects.

I was having some issues with multiple light fixtures in my condo and reached out for quotes from…read morenumerous electricians using the Yelp Project Interface. Greenvolt got back to me the most promptly and was able to give me the most comprehensive information about a quote, and basic information about what to expect in the possible process of fixing stuff. They were professional and had me DocuSign an initial consultation process agreement which amounted to an hour of consultation or $200/hour. I had other places offer less pricey hourly rates: but they didn't seem to have the same feel or professionalism so I opted for Greenvolt. Also their scheduling was almost immediate. Which I really appreciated. Brian, the Electrician was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and was respectful. He explained the issues being much more related to the antiquated nature of my circuitry rather than some deep problem that needed some cutting into the dry wall or replacing something. He fixed the faulty wires and showed us what the issues were and how to adjust it again if it kept happening. All and all it cost us $200 plus tax, and nothing more. The only minor problem I have looking back at the experience is that the light has started to flicker again and I will have to get back in there and do what he said to fix it. Makes me wonder of if I would have been happier for a more detailed fix. But for the price and the fact that Brian the electrician was so cool and entire experience was so good... I will definitely call them again if I decide to go that route.

Patricia responded in a very timely manner to my inquiry, and had Jack scheduled to come out for an estimate pretty quickly. Jack was prompt, to the minute, the day of our scheduled estimate - that speaks volumes because contractors typically give you a large timeframe of their arrival, and you end up waiting around for hours wondering when they would show up. Jack is super personable and gave his professional opinion on the camera/light installation we wanted done around the outside of our house. When we got our first quote, we did go back and forth via email a few times to finalize the scope of the work we wanted done for the budget we had. When we came to an agreement, a day and time was scheduled for Jack to come out with a colleague. When that day came, Seattle had a snow day with icy roads, and therefore Jack wasn't able to come at the scheduled 8am time. Patricia attempted reaching us very early in the morning to inform us of Jack's delay. When I didn't respond to her first few text messages to acknowledge the delay, she found another way to get a hold of my husband. To me, that is dedication and putting the customer first - she didn't want us to be waiting around wondering where Jack was. I consider that excellent customer service! The start time ended up only being a 2 hour delay, and Jack showed up promptly again. He and his colleague, True (sp?), completed the project within 2-3 hours. They went above and beyond, spending time to help us label our entire circuit breaker box. This was certainly not expected, but extremely appreciated! We would absolutely hire Qnorthwest/Jack again for any additional electrical work. The cost was reasonable but the work and experience was exceptional. Thank you!

Hello all, We had an electrical outlet go out in the morning…read morejust quit working after calling around and being told it would at least be a month, I called NESA Electric Josiah was very friendly and came out a couple days later looked at what was happening and got to work. He tracked all my wires in the wall and found issue. His prices are reasonable and his work is excellent. This past weekend we needed an outlet added to our garage so I called Josiah again and he came out and added the outlet in our garage for $250. If you need Electric 8 highly recommend you give him a shot big or small he is your man I was just lucky to find him on here Adam Matthews
