What I've noticed in working with Nathanael, is that he really knows lighting... and can be super efficient with it. He understands what crazy little things called "lumens" are and he know how to use them. Yep, and he knows the color variance between the different types of lighting and how the different type of lighting products will project light. He applies his knowledge so that when the space is finished... it feels like it should in the space. Each room turns out, just right. He doesn't over light the space, spending more than is necessary, and increasing the long term operating costs, and he doesn't let something be under-lit and uninspired. If you're asking whether or not a lighting designer is worth it, I'll say in my experience, its a resounding yes. He's worth every penny.

I pitched a project via Yelp to install cooling and replace the furnace to all of the most highly rated companies in the area. All of them recommended a heat pump as opposed to traditional AC. Better Air NW's proposal was not only the least expensive by a fair margin, but also offered the highest quality machines and best warranties. Normally, I'd be pretty skeptical at that combination, but all of the positive reviews on Yelp convinced me to accept their offer. A few days later, as I write this I'm basking in the warmth of my new heater. The installation was smooth, painless, and well done. Despite some unexpected challenges in the home's design to figure out and overcome, they charged exactly their estimate; there were none of the kind of headaches or scams that one often expects dealing with contractors. All in all, great experience, these folks deserve their lofty reputation.

I decided to go with Better Air NW, mainly because of their high yelp rating. Install did not go perfectly. I had concerns about excessive equipment noise. Justin (the owner) assured me that if it's not right, it's not done. Air pressure settings needed to be corrected. Due to the vibration, we unmounted the heat pump from the house. After that, it's been smooth sailing. They appear to have a strategy of cultivating customer satisfaction and confidence. If you're shopping around, these guys are a pretty safe bet.

Honestly not sure when the last time the whole air ducts were cleaned out. The price for the service is amazing honestly you get more for your money. We had a deep clean and sanitize. When I came home after the service was completed it smelled like a brand new home. I am so glad I reached out to The Duct Cleaners because I don't know if they could have done a better job than they did. The air is now so crisp and clean.
