They called me a set up an appointment quickly. A little backstory...We've had our new fifth wheel for a year and a half and we are are still new campers. We have always taken our camper back to the dealer to get it fixed and months later finally get it back with something else wrong. No joke! it's happened numerous times. The last time we took it in they had it for 6 MONTHS. I had to cancel so many trips which cost us deposits. I tell this story because I never knew I could had Boondocks come to me!! I am sooooooo happy! Boondocks came out next day and found my AC was done in. We have an extended warranty so it was covered, but unfortunately for our beach trip we had to wait until the AC could be sent to them before they could install it. We did okay with one AC and then Hurricane Dorian ruined the second beach weekend (but not really, as it didn't hit us). As soon as the new AC was in they came out and installed it quickly. I asked them if they could fix a blind that had fallen and a few other things and BAM! it was all done. They really know their stuff and get down to work. I found the technicians knowledgeable, courteous and they cleaned up everything from the repair. For the first time in a year and a half our RV has nothing wrong or broken. I would also like to say that within the first 10 minutes of Nate checking out our RV on the first trip out he taught me things I didn't know about my camper! If you have an RV, you know things break. Call Boondocks and your problems are solved.

I remarked" screw it I will go to another 7 eleven and the owner remarked "screw you " I retorted likewise and the owner/manager got infuriated and proceeded to literally chase me out the door yelling profanities. That store will not be in service much longer with that person behind the counter. We both know he will counter with some fabrication of his own and I had no axe to going with that store as I have been going there for the last 10 years with previous owners but, will not go there again and I warn others of his hostile temperament.

Probably nobody wants to visit a car collision repair center. I found this place after insurance…read morerecommended it and the reviews I read were good. I called, spoke to Mike, and a very smooth process started. Mike clearly communicated the plan and schedule after insurance said what they would estimate to fix it and Mike agreed it could be done for that price. I dropped the car off, at a very clean and comfortable facility. It was fixed ahead of schedule. I paid (since the other driver's insurance had reimbursed me) and all is well! This whole thing started with a person hitting my car in a parking lot. After I got video proving who was at fault, their insurance decided to address the matter and everything ended well. Thank you Mike and Robert's Collision Center for being so easy to work with and fixing my car. Life is good when a unfamiliar process ends well.

They finally got the okay to work on it and from there it was just downhill. There was no communication on the status of my vehicle, I had to call in to get updates as it was taking awhile to hear anything. Finally got ahold of the guy taking care of my car and it would just be one thing after the other that now needs fixed, oh and don't think they have the parts on hand, had to wait multiple days for them to receive these parts. Finally got a call that it was done after almost a month!!!! Picked it up with literally no gas in the tank so that was a nice surprise, not. The lady at reception did not seem to care whatsoever. Customer service -90/10...

He checked my battery and he said it was still pretty low... He felt as well as I did.. It's probably the original battery. That came with the car. Which was bought last November... I decided to buy another battery.. Bobby thought it was a good idea too. So, I don't have to go through this again.. He installed it and checked it. He said I was good to go. But, beyond that, the gentleman that runs this place has created essentially a huge air conditioned museum of rare and unique cop cars.
