Went to the store after a failed appointment with Pep Boys. I waited for the appt, and showed up to be told they didn't have the tires I ordered, and they attempted a bait and switch for more expensive tires. I left and went over to Tire Kingdom and was helped by Len. He found tires for the same price and had them at the store within a couple of hours. My new tires were installed and I could start my 9-hour drive back home. I'm a wheelchair user and he had my whole truck looked over to ensure my drive home would be safe. In June a mechanic referred me to Len at Tire Kingdom for alignment work on a steering wheel that wasn't centered on my 2016 Toyota Rav4. Len reassured me that this was normal, it goes out of alignment from hitting curbs and pot-holes, and told me to just come in, no appointment needed. They did the work in less than an hour while I worked on my laptop in their clean waiting room. The price was fair and I felt secure that they did it work right. Len said at next oil change to come in and check the alignment they did. Last week I needed to do my first long drive since I moved to Florida a year ago, so I brought the car in. Len saw that the battery was dying, helped me research and determine that I had replaced the battery and it was still under warrantee at AutoZone, and there was an AutoZone down the street for him. Len called them, told them what I needed and I went right over. If Len hadn't been available to check my car, and I hadn't found out about the battery and replaced it--all at no charge--I would have gotten stuck with a dead battery, possibly a long way from home. I especially appreciate how patient and knowledgeable--and personable--Len is, and highly recommend him and his shop for tire as well as other repair work. Thank you, Len! read more

I have been to this location before and purchased tires but today I needed a new turn signal light replaced. I stopped in because I remembered that they offered other services besides tires and was greeted immediately by a very pleasant young man (and I wish I had noticed his name, but on my receipt it says salesman #000003). He was very kind and patient, ordered the bulb I needed, which arrived in about 30 minutes and I was out of there in about an hour. The price was quite a bit less than I would have paid at the dealership and I would have had to make an appointment for the next day...probably would have had to leave my car there too. I'm feeling a bait and switch situation. I had a bubble in a tire I had purchased from Tire Kingdom less than a year ago. When I brought the car into the shop they removed the tire, evaluated the problem and advised that they would replace the tire and I would get a call when they could get the replacement tire. The very next day - after receiving a call that the tire was in the shop, I took the car in. After an hour or so waiting I was advised the car was ready and that it would cost me $239.!!!! I advised the representative that I was not aware I would be expected to purchase another tire after being told it would be replaced under the warranty. He advised that upon further review they found that they tire rim was bent, indicating that the tire was damaged from my fault and it would not be covered. My issue is: Why didn't they see the rim damage yesterday and why wasn't I given the courtesy of some type of notification before just replacing the tire and not telling me of additional cost. Thank goodness I have a working credit card. They then offerd a small discount on tire - knowing they were completely in the wrong. I will never use Tire Kingdom agan and I will tell 10 other people my story!! read more

My wife needed an oil change, but also needed to check out some problems with faulty turn signals on her Kia Soul. I replaced her turn signal bulbs myself, but suspect I was given the wrong bulb model number from a different auto parts supplier as I have googled a different part number from what they (the OTHER auto parts supplier) gave me. These guys were able to give her the oil change, applied a coupon that may or may not have been expired, AND replaced all of her bulbs for no extra charge. Went there for two back tires 6 months ago, ended up having to go back today to get two front ones. They quoted me at 350 and said that they couldn't do an alignment because my car had been lowered... I called across the street and got two tires and an alignment for $270. I was a return customer to tire kingdom and they still weren't willing to work with me on the price and this is literally the only place that charges you a price for the tire and an extra cost to put them on, which seems ridiculous. I definitely appreciated their attention to detail and their honesty. They have a tire package I bought for about $50 that covers my tires for life. I returned to have my oil changed and had a nice coupon they sent me in the mail for $50 (total came to $67 after labor and tax were accounted for). They also did a free tire rotation for me. After looking at breakdown and all the factored in up sell the same tire was installed for 130.00 which was high in itself. Advertising buy two tires and get 2 free. Fine print required you buy their premium tire mt and bal package that when split out was over 73.00 per tire. While waiting heard other pitches to customers like we cant work on tire with 4/32 or lower tread and excuses why couldn't repair puncture in a tires tread. I called here and spoke with a guy named Brandon. I know nothing of cars & literally had to imitate the noise I was hearing. He told me a couple of possibilities and had me come in. Brandon & James helped me in store & did a full inspection of my car. They explained it in terms I would understand and gave me my options. What I was MOST IMPRESSED by is that they didn't act like salesmen, they genuinely made their recommendations of what should be done immediately to prolong the life of the vehicle AND THEN told me what timeline I should make for the other repairs. Wait, what? No bull, no fake pushy up sells, just the facts. These guys did not amplify my ignorance but rather made me feel knowledgeable and confident in my decision. I gave a 1 star only because you can't choose anything lower. Basically I need to let everyone know ***BEWARE*** of this place!!! I had brought my vehicle in because brake light was coming on. They say they installed a new master cylinder & power booster. Brake light still comes on every 3 weeks and have to add fluid. They also told me I needed all 3 serpentine belts changed and a CV axle. I let them do everything costing about $1400. I go for an oil change recently and they inspect the vehicle. They say I need all 3 serpentine belts changed. After letting them know I just replaced them they showed me that they were old & cracked. So I had them look at the master cylinder and doesn't look like that was changed either. These guys are thieves!!!!! Now to top that off the place doing my oil change said my radiator was filled with water!!!! I always keep antifreeze in it. They must of tried to sabotage the vehicle so I would come back. ********stay way******they are crooks********* So now it's gets even worse. I decided to write their corporate office. After many emails up & back, phone calls, faxed proof of having the same work done by another repair shop they will not compensate 1 dime!!!!!!! read more

I went due to noise. They inspected. Said uneven wear was causing it and I needed new tires as the wear was low anyways. I went in 4k miles later to get my first free rotation with the package. The tires were "too worn" to rotate, apparently they misdiagnosed and they said I needed new struts and shocks. I got them, but could never rotate my tires given the wear pattern. So 30k miles into my 90k mile tires I needed new tires and they could not credit me the balance of my tires (60k miles) since I "did not get my tires rotated regularly". Went there because ABS light was on they did a Diagnostics our abs control unit was out they wanted to charge $3,824.72 for the control unit. The total cost would be $4,407.69 and told us we should not drive it home we did not have that kind of money so we went to Crown Kia a dealership they put it on a Diagnostics and said it was a wheel sensor the cost would be $1,422.24 . That fixed it .I talked to tire kingdom to give a refund for the Diagnostics they said ok but it's been a month and nothing yet. I will never go back there. read more
