I agree with the price and he went to working on the tire . and said he was done with the repair all he needed to do was air it up and he would be done. he left I went back out 30 minutes later and the tire was flat again. I call HARTFORD and they sent someone else out to change the tire. I spent the entire next day trying to find someone that will repair the tire.. I took it to Firestone and Walmart they wouldn't touch it because someone had already tried to repair it . I called ARNOLD and told him he needs to hold his employe responsible for this tire that now can't be fixed now. if hi employees can't fix the service they are offering they shouldn't have the option of offering it. if you are offering a service that clearly you can't provide. it's a waste of the customer time and in my case money. because I had to spend 200$ on a new tire

On installation day, they texted a link so I could let them know when I'd arrived. The link also let me check on their progress. They took me right away--no waiting, and I was out the door within 45 minutes. They even repaired and changed a good tire that had a nail in it, free of charge. Service was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend making an online appointment, but they take walk ins, too. Thanks to them, I feel safe in my car again!

Went back in to get it fixed, told them the car was driving fine before it, it has some side damage, so when the manager went and checked it he said it was due to that. A little odd that accountability couldn't be taken by the arrogant manager, who offered a 'free alignment check' for an issue they caused. Once that was done, the car is still unfixed, damage caused by DiscountTire, with management having dishonest practices and inability to take accountability. The car is now dangerous to drive as one nudge off center at speeds above 50 will skid back tires. Though they will try to milk out as much money from you as possible, so go here if you want that.

Very friendly, family operation that is a full service mechanic shop. Prices were reasonable and they took me out to the car and pointed out a couple of things. One we were aware of, but not the other. They actually told me the new issue was not anything they would recommend fixing. How is that for an honest mechanic! Bill, put the car in the lift and did his inspection after he checked the engine area. He brought my daughter to her car and showed her a couple areas of concern That will need to be addressed in the future but not critical at this point. My daughter was really impressed with Bill's professionalism and willingness to explain things to her. She is a grad student at NCSU and needs to develop a relationship with an honest and reputable service center. From what she told me, it looks like she's found it. I trust my daughter's car to Bill and his staff. These folks have earned a strong reputation in Cary. They are definitely worth a look.

Went there in March 2025 to get tires rotated and balanced and found out that I had to get new…read moretires. They were right, of course, but inconveniently my tires were no longer being sold, so I had to move to a different brand and model. So far, they are riding well. Service person was very good (although they really try to exploit the hydroplaning fear to get you to buy tires). The price for the tires seems to be ok for what I got but that remains to be seen. However, I am not sure why they blare country music in the waiting area for their customers. I am open to all genres of music, but it was excruciating! Is this for the installers in the installation area? A corporate mandate? Sedate everyone by putting on some smooth jazz and be done with it.
