They have an electronic sign today that says they open at 12:00 pm but they're not even open and there's a bunch of cards out here waiting to get a lot they need to do a better job of communicating when they're open or be open when they say they're going to be starting to get disappointed at this business.

In most cases you'll drive into the garage, park at an EV station, and plug in. For this one there were separate entrances for parking vs. charging. I guess that could be an advantage. But what if you want to do both? I was at the Columbus Convention center for the day. I can't leave my car on the charger because I'll get charged idle fees once charging is complete. So I parked in the main facility (for $15 for the day!) Then a bit before it was time to leave I moved my car to the charger. Where they also charge you to park! So even though I had already paid $15, I had to pay another $2 for every hour I was charging. I even asked. According to them this was "in and out" (even though I never left the garage) and they don't support that. So I had to pay for both. Oh - and the charge rate is slow, and of course you still pay for the electricity. And even that rate seems higher than normal. So annoying and costly. Go elsewhere if you can.

Now it is t for everyone. If you are looking for tech, maybe look elsewhere. If you are looking for a true utilitarian vehicle this may be what you are looking for. The sales staff was amazing and I couldn't say more than they treat you like a human, they are here to help. I drove got numbers and looked around. Zero pressure to buy while I was on property. They are currently still under construction so it may change a bit between now and their new look. They have several vehicles to look at and each are slightly different as far as options go. Some very nice color options as well. They will set up your vehicle as you want it if that means a tent on the roof or running boards, etc. unless you are young and no back or knee issues I would highly recommend running boards. I may or may not of hurt my back a wee bit getting out. Not their fault it was mine as I wasn't paying attention. I am still happy with what I seen and drove and plan to replace my GX460 with one very soon. Highly recommend if you want or need a true utilitarian or off road vehicle. Heck this would also make for an amazing farm vehicle. Or do what I plan which is a daily driver to pull a trailer and have zero concerns about weather or road conditions. Just remember the more you do for off road just means the farther away from people when you do get stuck. Always off road with another vehicle.
