We added 3 batteries, slide toppers, a ladder, an on/off switch for the refrigerator and a 2nd air conditioner. It did take some time to receive it of no fault of Greenlawn, the air conditioner was on back order, Covid. They where accommodating because I was very nervous not being face to face. When the TT was done and ready to ship, which they arranged for us, great company that delivered it to our door. They did a virtual walk through, it was very thorough and informative. Greenlawn made sure it was ready to go camping when it left there facility. The delivery driver was fantastic, very caring and even parked it in our rv spot at our home. Eric and Toby both are fantastic! Don't hesitate to purchase 2,000 miles away from this company, they deliver in so many ways. Yes, we went camping and had no problems with it. The first trail supply company wasn't familiar with the structure of a 2001 Yukon truck. He called Ohio Trailer Supply company and the gentleman was able to explain the structure of the truck to my husband, but that isn't what caused me to write this review. What impressed me is that after the gentleman took my husband's information and payment, for some reason before putting in the order he doubted himself and was humble enough to call and confirm the information.
