Not only did the staff try three different brands to get me back on the road during a rainshower...they actually installed them in the parking low for free. Above and beyond. Large off street parking lot. Big metal trash cans for you to dump your old parts in, too. They have staffers who know where each item is, and if they don't have an item in stock, they call right then and try to get it sent to the store same day. To top it off, their parts delivery vehicles wear NAPA baseball caps. Not sure why I have always liked that, but I do. Not all parts places are the same. Go to NAPA and know you're getting solid service and quality parts.

This store exceeded any and every expectation I had for this inconvenient situation. The manager, Todd, is amazing and showed compassion, and a true interest in helping me the best he could. Todd made every effort to save me time and money, and made sure we were taken care of during our wait as well. We will be new regulars here for any of our auto service needs!

I brought my car manual in with me and thought they'd certainly be able to help me from there. He offered very little advise in helping me make the proper fuse selection for my vehicle and had to google it myself. Long and short, Autozone is literally across the street and they'll come out to the car and offer as much help as possible. Not sure what made me change my mind on giving Napa a try this time, but certainly never again!

(I wish that I could rate it at zero)…read more I went into this store today to buy approx. $120 in wiper blades for my 2 cars. while attempting to have the counter associate look up which ones that I needed, I developed a medical emergency which required me to use the rest room (I am a prostate cancer survivor.) Long story short, Christina the manager, pointed to the sign on the door which read, no public restrooms. Learning opportunity for Christina: Show some compassion when a customer says they need to use the restroom in an emergency. It would have resulted in a sale. I hope that she never has to endure the embarrassment that she caused me today. Based on today's experience, I will NEVER patronize another NAPA store!

Ordered a part online with the NAPA website saying the order would be ready in 30-minutes. Arrived…read morean hour later to pick the part up only to have the parts person (Paul) advise me the order was not ready. He said it would be another +2 hours if I cared to wait. (!!!) I asked why the NAPA website said the order would be ready in 30-minutes from the time I placed the order. He said the NAPA website has a default setting of 30-minutes but it is not always accurate. Wasted trip. Cancelled the order.
