I could tell it was a relaxed vibe with some oldies playing even though the guys were all young. I enjoyed the scene and didn't mind waiting the projected 30 min for my turn. There was the typical inter-barber banter and customer chit chat but it didn't seem to make the cuts take that much longer. It was finally my turn and I got Juan... this guy is Legit! After some questions and inquiries as to what I was looking for, we finally came to an accord and he got started. SOOOO glad I came here and got this guy. With such a big night ahead of me and needing to look my best, I tried searching on Yelp for places but the valley isn't big on yelping and or these business haven't put themselves in Yelp to help their business get found. Instead of simply saying they don't offer it, Rosie responded by gaslighting me, telling me the photo I sent was "photoshopped" and asked, "Have you seen this in person?" I found that response dismissive and disrespectful. I'm Asian, and Korean perms are a very common and well-known service throughout Asia. If someone isn't familiar with it, a quick Google search would show that it's a legitimate and popular hair treatment. It's completely fine not to offer a service, but it's not okay to dismiss a customer or imply they're being misled because you personally haven't heard of it. Based on my experience, I didn't feel respected as a potential customer. I would hope businesses remain open to learning about services they don't currently provide and communicate with customers in a more professional and courteous manner. *im a frequent customer here, rose( nail artist) and alma( hair) are very inviting. The condo I rented seemed good when my family and I first moved in, but just a few weeks later we started noticing the hidden stains, the toilet that keeps breaking, the broken blinds, the broken closet doors and much more. We have an appliance that broke down and it's been broken for over six months I called urban American properties to send out their handy man, not only is their customer service unprofessional, rude and lacking but they lie. I had to wait another three weeks before he came to fix my broken appliance, that was two months ago and it's still broken! They have one handy man and that's impossible for him to get all his work done. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They have terrible customer service, if anything breaks down you can't rely on them to come fix it right away.. sometimes they don't even show and not to mention if they do send a handy man your way they don't call ahead to schedule an appointment with you so he will stop by without you knowing and if you miss him they blame you. The rent they charge is so overpriced for the bad service they give out in return. Please, let me advice you to stay away from this terrible company.
