The Americana website says the charge for the evgo chargers on their property charge around $4/hour. We've been charged nearly $36 and the process to refund has required three phone calls, emails including bank charges, emails including partial credit card numbers and still...nothing. I would not waste your time, money and energy and would instead shop somewhere else.

Second - with only three cars charging, it was SUPER slow. If I'm paying a premium to charge on top of paying for parking, it should be fast. Third - ZERO signage to help find the charging stations. You confuse it with the first level chargers for residents/showroom use.

It has been a while since I'd gone there, up until last night around 6:30 pm. We didn't go out to dinner, but had few things from their cute stands that sell coffee, pretzels, and ice cream. Sat outside to watch the water show that comes on every hour. It is SO beautiful, refreshing on any day, especially during evening time to closing time. They have variety of things to do there. There is everything for everyone to keep them busy. It's breathtaking and just simply wonderful & green all around you. Some of the great places to dine are the Cheesecake Factory, an Italian restaurant called Amici. They have fine, delicious Italian food. Have been there few times, and once on a date. They gave a 2 spirit Barnes & Noble for book lovers, an AMC movie theatre that used to be Pacific Theaters, A Seabutter Sushi restaurant that is very good and romantic with patio seating. They also have the Mexican restaurant Frida.. Just to name a few of their iconic, yet high end businesses. You can walk, take the trolley, take your dogs for a walk, and simply enjoy the fresh air. Their Christmas lighting ceremony is MAGNIFICENT!! Must see!!! I am glad we were able to go there again last night and had a FANTASTIC time!! Service is on point. They are always cleaning the place, plenty of restrooms to use, spotless clean, and you can find parking anywhere in their parking structures and outside. Whatever that you do and spend time and money on, is valuable and SO worth it to me and so many others. 10/10.

John was able to get out to us within the hour, jump our 12v battery bringing the car back to life, then charge us up enough to get us to a Supercharger. Given the risk associated with towing EVs, we were so thankful to have found this alternative. John kept us updated on his arrival time and was super friendly throughout. It can get dirty sometimes although I've only been here in the weekends. I've seen alll kinds of trash, used comdoms (what's wrong with people?!!??!?) among other things. This morning Insaw a guy cleaning (poor guy, I'll bet he has some stories) but if you're picky or into super cleanliness you've been warned. Very convenient if you have other things to take care of here or you can pop into the mall to grab a bite to eat. No parking charge at this garage. When I went today, 2 of the 20 chargers were out of service...kind of a bummer but it never got completely full around lunch time so maybe it works for them. They say they charge Up to 150kW max but mine went down to 30kW towards the end! There were less than 10 cars then so not sure what happened but I rolled out. There is one garbage can up there in case you need to clear trash from your car. Overall, this charging station gets the job done and I'd be cool with returning! However, it's definitely not the bee's knees of Superchargers.
