There were plenty of chargers open, so I didn't have to circle around or wait, which is rare. It just felt low stress the whole time. Also, having a bathroom nearby made a huge difference. I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate that until I actually had it. It just makes the whole experience way more comfortable. Overall, just a really smooth experience. I'd definitely come back here when I'm in the area.

I was surprised and somewhat relieved to find that this BP Pulse station is located right across the street from the new rental car building. There were so many chargers and they were all open. I've seen videos of the lengthy lines at super charger stations, so I'm glad this station wasn't busy. The first stall we pulled into, we had a difficult time connecting the charger to the car. We probably looked very confused and frustrated, but this guy came out to help us. That was super nice. I think he works here based on like the professional help we received, but maybe he was a customer. Idk. I know Tesla super chargers don't have service attendants, but that's cool if this one does. The car took about 20 minutes to charge 25% and cost $12. It seems like that is a slower rate than a Tesla supercharger, but I'm not sure. This station has a small "lounge" area that has tables chairs and vending machines. There are a couple bathrooms too that are way nicer than your typical gas station restroom. I think it was so empty because it's relatively new. Maybe if the rental car companies told people about this place, it would help the customers out.

Absolutely no signs. Had to look it up on here to even have an idea. It's an old mall and the parking situation is bad at base...let alone finding this random locale buried in the depths of the "parking garage". I spent at least 15-20 minutes (when I needed to get to work man!) just trying to find it. Idiots. Whomever designed this, forgot to give clear instructions to find, etc. just sucks. Keep in mind that this is also a college town area with a lot of younger broke students. I always encounter at least one Car of young kids being dumb and reckless. The first one lasted well over four years but it was starting to feel just a little weak so rather than risk having a dead battery and having to call the auto club, I drove back over to their conveniently located shop and I was in and out with a new battery in 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and actually down sold me from a more expensive battery saying the power draw on my car wouldn't warrant it. In short, both of my experiences with this place have been great.
