Quick charging. Pricier than other EVgo stations nearby but convenient to charge while you shop. Will do it again if I need a full charge.

The only reason I didnt give a 5 star is because the man cooking the meat is so rude. Hes hispanic, haven't catch his name. So driving from Chino hills to Long Beach I was looking for a place to eat and I was planning on eating at the Bellflower Norms. I was looking for the Bellflower Norms restaurant when I saw the Golden Corral sign on the 91 freeway. I decided to go to Golden Corral because GC has all the menu items that Norms has for s Senior Early Bird, which ends at 4:00 and I got there about 3:20 and at 4:00 Golden Corral brings the dinner menu out, like the steaks. So I ended up eating at Golden Corral. My server, Marco. has been working for Golden Corral for 8 years. He says he's 35 and this is only his second job in his whole life. I said wow you don't look for other jobs? Golden Corral must treat you very well for you to stay here so long. He says he's not the kind to look elsewhere that he does his best at each job and that's what matters. He's working hard now as I speak this review. They got a good employee in him. The price for senior early bird was expensive $17.99. The last senior early bird I ate was $12.99 and that was only last year but it was in Arizona. The food is the same as the other locations. I thought the Sirloin was kind of tough in that every piece I cut off and chewed I had to spit out the gristle No piece today was tender enough to swallow The clam chowder is always good it's very thick. Some of the bins look kind of dried up like the white fish the edges are all dried up but that's what you get at a buffet. My drink, which is included in the senior early bird, tasted delicious because I mixed horchata with root beer half and half it was like a root beer float. All in all I would rate this Golden Corral 3.5 stars.

We were greeted by the giant saltwater aquarium, which my boys went bananas over. Inside of the children's area, there's a plaque that provides the tank information. Also in there are so many fun areas to read. There's a lighthouse, huge tree, dinosaur skeleton, space ship, and much more! There are also plenty of places to sit and read, both quiet and more in the thick of things. Lots of tablets as well. And friendly staff. The library also has a really nice selection of books in certain languages. I wish they had Thai, but it was nice to see representation! I also really appreciate the audio tour. I didn't listen to it this round, but the fact that it's there and that there's so much on display really makes this library special. There's a dedicated YA area that requires a school ID to get into. They also have newspapers and a really snazzy reading room! Next time, I'll use it. While they have swag and books at the book shop, there was no one volunteering there when we went, so we didn't get a chance to go inside. Oh well, that just means we'll have to come back.

The interior is modern, bright, and aesthetically pleasing, making it such a relaxing place to spend time. It's peaceful, well-maintained, and simply a great space to read, learn, and unwind. My favorite part is the children's area. The aquarium is always a hit, and I love the prehistoric theme with the dinosaur fossils and the fun ceiling design. It makes the space feel so imaginative and inviting for kids. The library is also thoughtfully laid out with dedicated areas for children, teens, magazines and publications, plus an extensive collection of books on the second floor. There are even study rooms you can reserve ahead of time, which is a great feature if you need a quiet place to work or study. Parking is convenient since it's next to the sheriff's station and shares a large parking lot, including basement parking.

It was one of the nice malls growing up that was nearby. Now, it's somewhat similar from what I remembered. Give or take some of the major departments stores are gone and replaced by a major chain store. You still have all the little mom and pop shops. Then the classic retailers. Loads of stores that I loved growing up have vanished. Either out of business or relocated. Department stores like Macys and JC Pennys are still there but nothing major. I don't even know what the food court is like as we didn't even venture that far. I had to return something and they had a store here. A smaller store but still. Plenty of parking as the space is massive. Mall is decent size but nothing crazy big. It's the neighborhood mall that I feel like it'll be there for many more years to come.

I had this conversation with my boyfriend and only the real ones will know but this aged and dated…read moremall is if the Puente Hills mall was forced onto life support by the sheer will of the community around it. I went here during a Friday evening parking lot pop up event and I have been here in the past prior to COVID and got the same eugh vibes. I'm not sure how a mall that has a Target, Book Off, and Round 1 was able to incite these negative ASMR feelings. At the very least there's still a food court and a good number of shops, but it does look old. Parking lot was absolutely fisted, probably due to the event and potentially because there might not be that much to do in that area or in terms of shopping opportunities. AC was not that great throughout the mall. Like for a couple shops we could feel it blast through, other ones felt like you were in the sauna. The main mall area connecting all of the shops just felt like a murky, muggy hotter than room temperature feeling. I wanted to get out ASAP. Also knowing Yelp's ToS, this review would get removed if I was 100% frank with the clientele that frequent this mall, but it says a lot if a subpar mall was able to be forced into existence from the community. Had a dude tell us to "get TF out of the way" and call us blind (thinking we cannot speak English AND being extremely ableist). You could have simply used your manners and said "excuse me", but that's beyond some. Some of the grossest restrooms I've been to too. I'm not sure how a dead mall like the Puente Hills one is better than this one.

I always find amazing deals. I like to "shop small" and support local establishments, of course, but it's nice to earn points for my Amazon account as well as find almost everything I need at decent prices in one stop. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, too. Their hot and salad bars, bakery, pizza bar and hot chicken sections are gone already, as they are closing in two weeks, BUT I found today when I shopped that they had cut prices dramatically on many, many items that I buy, and from healthy brands that I like. I spent very little for quality food items. That was always a plus here - they carry the mainstream brands, their own brand, some of the Whole Foods 365 brand, and many organic and hard to find brands at decent prices. I am sorry to see yet another grocery store leave this spot, though there are others in the area. I will continue to shop for deals until they close, and I hope others will take advantage of it as well.
