Clark gave me a really great price to come jump start and charge my cars battery. Unfortunately I was in an accident a few months ago and my car was not reassembled correctly when I had the body work done on it and the front latch did not release the fronk. 2019 is a very difficult car to jump start. Clark went above and beyond to try and find another solution, but due to the body shops poor assembly the latch didn't budge. Had my latch worked how it was meant to work this would have been such an awesome solution. Now I know if I'm ever out of town and the heat is kicking on my battery too much to the point were my car is about to die, I can call this team to charge it up for me. All I have to do is unlock the port on my app and they'll plug and charge. Clark arrived super quick and that is that mine was non urgent since my battery died at my home. Keep up the amazing work and I will definitely call again if I ever run into this problem again.

My friend (Tesla owner) and I stopped by here to charge up his car - it was in the evening on the weekend, so Costco was already closed - the overhead lights for this lot was off. Not sure if it was turned off or reliant on Costco time, or just burned out - but having the lights off in this lot that was already at a corner of the massive plaza gave it a bit of a sketchy feeling. There was also some sort of unofficial dump thing going on at the far end of this lot. Charge speed was relatively fast, I don't believe I've ever seen this station full - even during peak hours when I'm driving past here in my non-Tesla/EV. If you have young children, the koi pond with its giant koi fishing can be a huge hit, as there are stepping stones through the middle of the pond and the layout is just gorgeous. There are also several quite amazing water fountains that they'll love running around. Plus it can even give you an excuse to do so! Not to mention, there are numerous stores to visit, including a legendary three or four-story Restoration Hardware with ocean views, an Apple store, tons of boutique clothing shops, Nordstroms, and a few places to enjoy lunch. There is also a PF Chang's with ocean views. Don't forget the amazing gelato place either! It moved from its old location so check the map. It's still there. Service-wise, this is higher end so you can expect decent service wherever you're at. Overall five stars. This is an OC institution.

Update on HUGE cockroach infestation at Fashion Island (FI), Newport Beach…read more Went to FI this 2026 summer and after three summers, I am happy to report the cockroaches are gone. The Irvine company that owns and runs FI never responded to my emails requesting they rid their sewers of the infestation but finally they have acted and now, FI is clean and cockroach free. Hope it stays that way because it was so tragic to experience such a traumatic event year after year. Now they must act and remove the rats scurrying around between Lululemon and Macys. Rats are easier to eliminate than cockroaches but shame on FI for allowing rats to roam freely. Rats are so gross!!!

She's…read morereally studious, but cannot focus at home so she goes to cafes and libraries to find her mojo to study. She's grateful about this place because few libraries are still open til 9pm. Not to mention, this library is one of the most safest and cleanest libraries I ever been to. Well granted I was from Long Beach/ LA area so our libraries there are pretty rough to say the least lol. I always go here, too because I can focus on my work as well. Overall, I beginning to love this place.. they have great collections of books to rent as well :) PS: Look at her pic.. so studious!
