She immediately addressed the issue and moved us to another room without hesitation, which we greatly appreciated. The next morning, I stopped by the front desk and was assisted by Ashley, along with the front desk supervisor Marrissa. Both were incredibly helpful and took the time to ensure our concerns were fully resolved. While we were having breakfast in the food court, Ashley even came over to personally inform me that the hotel manager, Meaghan, was available at the desk. After speaking with Meaghan, it was clear that she is dedicated to providing top-tier customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of, and her professionalism truly stood out. Because of the outstanding efforts of Robbie, Ashley, Marrissa, and Meaghan, we will definitely be staying here again. You have to show your ID to get back into the gaming area if you decide to purchase food/drinks at the lobby/food hall. Crabtastic, avoid this place do not waste your time, even the employees state that the food is terrible. Overall if you want to part ways with your money stop by, just know that this is not a casino as there are no table games just slots.

That was new for me as I have never really seen something like that despite temperature being close to 50F, my car being the only one at the charger, and the battery was pre-conditioned ahead of time. I wouldn't mind using this location again in the future especially because it's surrounded by restaurants and small shops like Royal Farms to kill time.
