John and his assistant were there within about a half an hour, took off our tire, and followed us with hazards flashing all the way to Price Right, a few miles away. The Price Right service team looked at our brake immediately, assessed the damage, and had it repaired by the next morning, allowing us to continue on with our camping plans for the holiday!! That was NOT what we had expected, so we were happily surprised and are currently on our way to the campground to spend time with family!!!
