I told them no after the salesman admitted they already verified everything worked during the trade in process. The salesman said he would still have someone help show Me how things work when I picked it up because he was off that day. The only thing they did is attach the plate to the camper then disappeared. Didn't even help me back up to and hook it up. I was told because i said no to the 499 rip-off they couldn't help me. I had forgotten a safety pin for the hitch and was surprised to hear the discounted price of 8 dollars from their store. You can buy the same one for 2 dollars at any hardware. Good camper, terrible experience! Will NEVER go back. And NEVER recommend them to anyone else.

Camper is now 3 months old, pulls hard & Lt. rear brake still very hot. KZ RV would not help either. Guess I'll buy my own brake assy. for $53.00 on amazon and replace it. I Just wanted my camper fixed!

The twin lazy boy style recliners were so wobbly, it felt as if you would break them every time you used the left side. Toilet seat was junk and falling apart. Two blinds broke on the bottom, the shower door leaked, and the carpet was torn on the dinning slide. We keep our camper year around in Ludington MI, 110 miles away from the dealership in Mt. Pleasant. We got our camper out of storage early in 2017, to bring it to Mt. Pleasant for all the needed repairs. We were assured the camper would be like new again. When we showed up to pick up our camper on the scheduled day, we couldn't pick up our RV, until the dealership had closed. We just hooked up and headed for the campground in Ludington. Upon arriving and setting up, we quickly noticed the reclining chair was still wobbly as ever, and now our cap end on the dinette set next to it, was badly broken as well. They must of broken it while supposedly fixing the recliner. The toilet seat was still broken, and we shortly learned the lock had not been replaced, as it was locking us out again. We had made a special trip from Jackson, to take the RV from Ludington to Mt. Pleasant in the spring, so we had added around 500 miles of traveling, to have nothing but the blind fixed basically, and our dinette set broken. We were not happy, and asked Jayco to step in. Some of the management at the Mt. Pleasant dealership changed, and we were assured that if we brought it back, everything would be repaired. We asked to have the repairs done on site, or at the closer dealer in Muskegon, and the management at Mt. Pleasant's response was "That thing has wheels on it doesn't it?" We gave up our storage spot in Ludington for the winter, and were assured by International RV, that the camper would be winterized, and stored inside. All repairs would be made, including installing a new recliner. I drove past the dealership later that winter headed up to go snowmobiling, and there was our camper, sitting in the back parking lot, covered with snow. It was quite obvious it had been sitting out all winter. The dealership's response was "We never told you it would be stored inside." Summary: Our camper's recliner is still broken, and its going to Muskegon this fall for a new recliner install, door lock was finally fixed, toilet still broken. Oh and when they "winterized" our camper for us, that included leaving our refrigerator door latched shut! Their response to that was " That's not part of winterizing" What a way to run a business! Take our advise, and steer as far around International RV in Mt. Pleasant as you can!!!!!!
