After checking several things out, they found that there was only a bad electrical connection and so they fixed it and the fridge came right on. Jeremy did not charge me for service and I was on my way. I showed the tech, whom I believe is also the owner, that the driver's side window drops a quarter inch when you open the door. He said multiple times that he has been tinting for more than 20 years and knows how to do the job. When he finished with the car, a 2020 BMW convertible, I could see that the dot matrix on the windows had not been dry tacked. He also said I could roll down the windows and drop the top right away, which he had me do. I rolled up the windows and raised the top after I left the shop. Any seasoned, professional tinted will tell you to wait AT LEAST 24 hours, if not 3 days, before rolling the windows down. The tech told me he had rolled the windows down and dropped the top already. By the time I got home (2.5 hours away), I could see the bubbles at the lower quarter inch of the driver's side window. There was also a sloppy cut on the bottom of the rear quarter panel on the driver's side. In addition, the passenger's side window has 4 or 5 "specks" of something that got trapped between the film and the glass. There are other imperfections on four windows that have not "worked themselves out," as the guy said they would aftwr 2 days. The rear window seems to be the only decent tint on the car. Unacceptable. He also let his wife drive my car from the garage to the front parking spot, which is unconventional. There were a couple of positives worth mentioning, to be fair. He did let me know about a scratch in a window that may or may not be more visible with the tint. He and the young woman working the counter were both friendly. Unfortunately, my calls to bring the car in for a tint fix were unanswered over a four-hour period when the shop was allegedly open the following Monday, which is fine because in the end, I'm not confident the issues would be resolved a second time around. I made an appointment with a shop that has stellar reviews to get the tint fixed. I'm looking at paying an additional $200 on what initially cost $298 for ceramic tint. This amount does not include the additional 5-hour round trip I will have to make. The tech said it only took him 1.5 hours to install the tint. I would have gladly waited 3 hours to have the job done right.

He received a payment of almost $10,000 to install a motor and never completed the work. He had the vehicle for 6-8 months. When my vehicle was transported from DJ's to another shop my car was in pieces, literally in buckets. It was labeled a "basket case". For a better idea of the situation go to the BBB website and see his reply to my review. I finally had my vehicle transported elsewhere. No client would move their vehicle in pieces unless there was no other option. I cannot force anyone to do their job of they do not want to. Dave was no longer concerned about having a satisfied customer. There was no incentive to complete the work once he received payment. A professional knows when to decline a job he cannot complete in a timely manner. He had plenty of opportunity to express his lack of time. He is very unprofessional to say the least. He claims I accepted his terms when I left my vehicle in his facility. No Dave, you never provided a "repair line up" as you're claiming to do so now. When asked when the vehicle may be ready, he would never provided an exact finish date. He would mention a specific month and then push it back another month. He had numerous excuses from illness to car parts being delayed because of tax tariffs due to the new president. It was ridiculous. There was no mention of said "repair line up" when his tow truck picked up my vehicle from my home, or when he spoke to my insurance, nor when I stopped by in person multiple times. That is just another excuse he used to justify his incompetence and lack of professionalism. Had he addressed me as he did on his reply to my BBB review, I would never have taken my vehicle to him. He was nice and courteous in the beginning, when it benefited him. Once I started asking questions and inquiring about a completion date his demeanor changed. He was no longer courteous. I was polite and courteous even when he was not. Keeping funds for a job he did not complete is dishonest. That's not the kind of person that should be trusted with your vehicle or your money.

I called as I was leaving Fort Worth, TX and said I would be there around 2:30pm, and asked if they could fit me in that same day. They said not a problem that should work out. I got delayed and was 30 minutes late, I called them to let them know, still no problem. I pulled up and within about 10 minutes they were looking into what was wrong. The younger guys were trying to troubleshoot what the issue was and the owner (you can tell he knows everything there is to know about RV's and trailers) thumps a part on the heater and says, yeah its this part, they are finicky, nothing broken, just needs some WD40 and you might have to thump it on occasion to get water to spin through to kick on the furnace portion of the heater. He didn't charge me anything, they only looked at it for 10 minutes. The fact that they were able to fit me in same day, were honest and up front with me and were all very courteous and genuine won me over. If you need service on your RV, Travel Trailer or 5th Wheel I recommend Miller's.
