They told me it was reset and it should show up on my phone in a few minutes. It did not, it's still there and now I'm overdue. I tried to call the dealership twice and was told someone would call me back, they didn't. I will not be doing any further business with this dealership and I recommend you don't either. After the sale you don't really mean anything to them. I will report this to corporate but I really don't have faith in Hyundai either. Being a first time buyer as well, most places offered horrible interest rates and claimed nobody would offer any better. Enter Lithia Toyota of Odessa and Jason Grady, the excellent salesman that worked through the process with me. He went above and beyond to help me locate a vehicle that was perfect for me. He took it upon himself to go through vehicles that they had just purchased from folks and weren't even in inventory yet. By a stroke of luck they had just gotten in the perfect vehicle. An absolute pleasure to work with in an industry that seems to be dominated by less than helpful people. He even picked me up from dropping off my rental car since I had driven 5 hours from Las Cruces, now THAT is stellar customer service. They tacked on nothing to the price, and we're incredibly respectful in making sure we could get something in my budget. They ensured the vehicle was ready to go and even helped set up recalls and service at another dealership they did not have the parts for. (Nothing major in terms of the recalls) The finance manager, Richard Ashton, even took it upon himself to somehow sweeten the deal and keep it more in my budget. This dealership is of the highest quality, and I would recommend working with Jason Grady (and Lithia Toyota of Odessa overall) to anyone who wants excellent service from a group of great people. They set the bar very high for buying a vehicle. I can't say enough good things. 11/10

I came to town looking at a new Harley and had been thinking of grabbing a cargo trailer as well to haul it home. Caleb not only told me they could set it up with tie downs, but showed me the value of what I was getting for my money. He showed me different sizes and colors and answered all my questions. I also noticed they had PJ Truck beds which I may be needing one or two in the future. Really glad I stopped in here while waiting on the Harley dealership about my bike. Great selection, Great Price, and great customer service!

I needed a pre-owned car and went to their lot. Their salesman, Angel, convinced me to get a 2018 Buick Encore. This car was supposedly certified through their service team. I had the car 3 days, and the check engine light came on. Took it into the service dept and they told me they couldn't help me because it had gone off. Came on again and they put it in the shop for 6 weeks. Didn't fix it because when I finally got it back, I went to Midland and while driving back the transmission started to act up. Put it back in the shop and now they want to charge me 9000.00 for a new transmission. I paid for this car on 3/19/2026 and have had it for a week out of that time frame. They took advantage of me. I will never buy a car from these people again and would not tell my worst enemy to buy one from them.

But, to…read moreknow what I mean when I say he does it with STYLE, you have to deal with the typical Odessa/Midland level of poor customer service and disconnect from "passionate about your job" on a daily basis, which I think we ALL do! First, about Santiago.. a week prior to my face-to-face meeting with him, I told him I was honestly in the middle of several things that needed my immediate attention a lot more than talking to him about buying a vehicle. He texted me a pic of his business card and left me alone. Once things slowed down for me the next week, I contacted him. We texted for 2 days about car/credit stuff. Then, we met at the dealership and it still wasn't smooth-sailing on my part. We weren't EXACTLY sure of the car.. Test drove several. We weren't thrilled with the trade-in offer..several attempts were made to make it just right. We weren't sure we could even afford the increase in payment..we were given ample time to think and talk it out. Santiago never once showed impatience. He spent countless hours with us and probably thought several times that he still wasn't going to make a sale. If he did think that, he never treated us badly because of it. There are 3 kinds of salesmen in the business.. The FAKE kind that you can spot a mile away and just want to run from. The kind that just, quite honestly, SUCK at their job because they weren't meant to do it so they have no passion for it. Then there's the third kind, Santiago.. GENUINELY nice, funny, diligent, comfortable to be around, and knowledgeable. He even offered to help in the future with bringing my vehicle in for oil changes if I needed it, or to just contact him with ANY problem, and he convinced me that he meant it! Everyone's experience anywhere differs from someone else's. But, to give a business 1 star when there are so many moving parts to ANY business just isn't fair, unless every single aspect of it failed. Just like when we go out to eat.. The waiter/waitress starts at 25% in our mind. It's up to them to maintain that percentage throughout our dining experience. If the kitchen didn't cook our steak properly, that's not the server's fault.. That's the kitchen! Customer service is very good and rather impressive considering the general lack if it here in Odessa. The tint has been placed for a couple of months, it comes with a great warranty, so far no bubbles and no creases or problems. They schedule appointments and availability is not ridiculous like most places and may accommodate you within a day or two. They have different types of tint from the best heat rejection to the lowest and they have a device that will show you the difference in heat rejection abilities of film! Very nice! Money well spent! I am a returning customer, and I recommend them for auto tinting.
