This supercharging location is dark AF at night. $0.46/kWh. It cost me $16.10 to charge my Model Y to a little under 80% at 8:39PM on 12/10/2023.

    12 V3 superchargers. 2 for disabled.

I heart the Tesla supercharging system, and this new location is conveniently located off of McArthur Blvd. There's a total of 12 V3 superchargers, 2 of which are for the disabled. These chargers are 100% operable, and easy to operate - just like every other tesla supercharger that's installed. No wonder you have so many of the major auto manufacturers switching over to be compatible with their supercharging network!

This is what EV charging should look like…read more As a Tesla owner, I've charged at a lot of stations over the years, and Rove is by far one of the nicest charging facilities I've been to. The first thing that stood out was the size of the station. There are 40 DC fast chargers, including 27 Tesla chargers, so finding an available charger wasn't an issue. The entire facility feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with large solar canopies providing shade over the charging stalls. What really separates Rove from a typical charging stop is everything else they offer. There's a ReCharge by Gelson's market with snacks, drinks, and fresh food, a comfortable lounge with free Wi-Fi, clean restrooms, a car wash, complimentary vacuums, and even a water bottle filling station. It feels more like a premium travel stop than a charging station. I especially appreciated the little details. The property was spotless, there was security on site, and the complimentary vacuums were a nice touch. The facility feels safe, well-maintained, and welcoming whether you're stopping for 15 minutes or a longer charge. The location is also convenient right off the 5 Freeway, making it an easy stop while traveling through Orange County. As EV adoption continues to grow, this is exactly the type of charging experience I'd like to see more of. Plenty of chargers, great amenities, clean facilities, and a comfortable place to spend your charging time. If you're an EV owner and haven't checked out Rove yet, it's worth the stop.

+ Shaded Tesla charging station. + Just a 2-3min walk away…read morefrom the Park Place food court, where you can dine or grab groceries. + Plenty of shaded non-charging spots to park at, given it's a parking structure, if you need to leave your car for a bit afterward. + Unlike other parking structures, the walls of this one doesn't disrupt cell service. TMo 4G worked fine for me while charging Tesla in the 2F. + The two free open-play pickleball courts are just a 5min walk away. - Tricky to navigate to. The parking structure has two entrances. Finally a Tesla Supercharger in Irvine! This is a bitter sweet addition because I literally ran out…read moreof free miles a week before, but the Tesla drivers in Irvine got a supercharger. Despite having the ability to charge at home, I went here and paid just to try it out. It was glorious. I avoid this plaza due to parking but who knows maybe I will be working here someday one of the high rise companies. If your a hiring manager hit me up for your marketing needs! Anyways, this location is not ideal due to parking however it's not bad for people commuting to Irvine. Dealing with parking is still worth the pain over driving to the other OC chargers for no reason. You live, work, or travel to Irvine for a reason why would you want to go anywhere else. Enjoy the bubble. Located on the second floor of the garage. Drive past LA fitness to the garage entrance and drive up the ramp as if you are trying to make it to the 3rd level. You will find the location on the 2/3 level right before the ramp. In other words keep going up. You won't see it otherwise because the superchargers are in a line so there are no visible Telsa logos. If you see a another Tesla follow it. Great job Tesla but we need more... I'm going to rant for a moment because Irvine is #5 on Tesla emissions saving chart with possibly the highest per cap concentration in a CA city hub. Irvine has a ton of commuter traffic, travelers both business and personal, multiple Universities and local residents and not too far from Disneyland. Cough! We need more superchargers. I will charge at home but think of all the Tesla fam that might live in an apartment or want to go electric. Irvine has one SC but there are 2 Tesla sales showrooms in the bordering cities of Newport Beach and Costa Mesa. Hmmm. Doesn't add up. Before you discount my comments. In NorCal if you travel to Dubin/San Ramon, there are literally 3 or 4 superchargers placed near freeway exits. I can't get on the freeway without passing one. That needs to be Irvine!
