In a target parking lot so shopping and restrooms are available nearby. Drivers were courteous at this location, with most only charging to 80% SOC, we were there less than 30 minutes and 6 cars came while we were charging and most were hooked up and charging in less than 15 minutes from the time they pulled into the wait line.
