He arrived as promised, got my car on the flatbed and took it back to his shop to be kept overnight. He has a calm and reassuring demeanor which was much appreciated. He took at look at the obvious culprits for my car breaking down and wasn't able to spot anything so he worked the next day to find a solution but wasn't able to. Then convincing me to buy a new engine that they installed. When the car overheated, Dustin gave wrong advice on how to keep the car from overheating. And we are now having to get every seal replaced in the newer engine. Bolts were missing, including all for the motor mount. I am now having to spend that money again to get the engine repaired. Edited to remove the he said she said but still would like to know why he cared what her parents (me and her dad) do for a living... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND COMPANY! Dustin - My messages show that I picked it up on 2/2 and on 2/3 my daughter texted that she was broke down on the side of the road. Your response was that you would pick it up with your tow truck. On the 5th you picked it up. On 2/7 you recommended wiring the car to have fans in at all times because he couldn't get them to turn on when the temp hits "210" degrees. As far as waiting this long to write a review, I have had it in the shop for a month getting seals placed, and bolts added that were neglected on your part, Dustin. My husband went the next day, Friday, at 7 am. They were open, but he was told the technician that does the alignments wouldn't be there for an hour and a half. The technician showed up at almost 9 am. He did not perform the alignment on the rear, only the front, he lost a lugnut, he only hand-tightened all the other lugnuts on the front tires, and the vehicles still makes the same noise it was making prior to the alignment (but only when the road curves to the right). He told my husband that the tie rods were worn and would need to be replaced "soon," not immediately. Is that what is causing the noise??? It is unfortunate that my husband wasted so much time and we wasted the money on such horrible work (we even had to buy a new lugnut since the tech lost one). I definitely will not return and will not recommend them to anyone. Had my husband not rotated the tires the very next day, this could have ended up with very serious repercussions due to shotty work that was performed on our vehicle.

I spent hours waiting for other companies, who kept telling me I was "almost next" or that there was only one person ahead of me. I even walked 2.5 miles down the road to the next exit to get diesel in a canister, but unfortunately, they were closed. Every time we call we are given lip service of they are on their way and we are next in line meanwhile we are sitting in the parking lot in a broken down car for all this time.
