Just wow, unbelievable service center, aloof, rude and just not helpful. DEI hires, go figure. Recommend going to near by Target charging stations. The wastoids at the service center abuse those chargers by camping them.

I guess not now! Ah, the "estimate" was a firm quote to which I inadvertently agreed. Fast , professional service but $350 for 2 outlets in 1 hour? Buyer beware. The jacuzzi had two raised filter covers inside the tub that protruded from the floor, creating a tripping hazard. I slipped on one of them, fell, and scratched the bottom of my foot and toe area. I also appear to have sprained the area near my pinky toe, and it still hurts when I walk or put weight on it. I immediately reported the incident and provided photos of my injuries to the front desk manager. She told me she would contact me the following morning, but I never received any follow-up. What was most frustrating was the lack of concern or action from hotel management. No one checked on my condition, and there was no effort to address the hazard or even post a warning sign to help prevent someone else from getting injured. In addition, the hotel seems to charge extra for everything. Even basic items like a Tylenol tablet come with a charge. They also would not allow guests to use a microwave to reheat food purchased from the hotel the night before, which felt unnecessarily restrictive and inconvenient. The ocean views are nice, but they are not enough to make up for the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and disregard for guest safety. I would not make the drive to stay here again.
