I continue to have extremely frustrating. Customer service experiences with this particular, NAPA location. I get the issues occur parts, get mixed up, etc. etc. but it's how you handle those things that matter I placed an order online. I was notified that it was delivered. I showed up to pick it up when the parts show up. They're the wrong parts. I get it. Mistakes happen. I promptly informed the parts rep that those are not the parts that I ordered Her response is a stern "well that's what you ordered" Twitch I then began looking at my order. She looks it up in the system, and then realizes that truly they are the wrong part. No apology no accountability no owning the mistake. It's just always the customer's fault at Napa. During car week, I needed to extract at least 2 quarts of oil from my car which a shop had critically overfilled a dry sump car which leads to many bad things. I arrived at 3:30 - 30 minutes before closing. They got me all I needed to extract the oil, clean up the mess related to the overfill and were super helpful and accommodating to my friends and I and allowed us to clean ourselves up. Poorly stocked with simple accessory items that they used to carry on the shelves. Rather than restocking they just say they don't carry that any more and refer you to Oreilly's or Auto zone for these parts. Low inventory on the racks apparently because they just don't want to tie any money up in stocking items that people can buy online or at other local stores. I used to think they were a good full service supplier, but not any more. Did not offer to say they could order what I was looking for either. Just a recent observation . read more

I came here to replace a car key alarm battery and was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. From the look of the place, the employees keep this place well-stocked to assist you with any kind of auto maintenance. The store didn't have any on the shelves but they did not stop until they found some so I could finish the job. The 2 ladies were unbelievably knowledgeable about cars and so very helpful but the best part is they were so funny they had me in stitches I could have stayed there chatting with these 2 all day. Bob was awesome. He helped me decide on a battery for my car over the phone and the next day I went in to purchase it. While at the store I asked where he recommended in the area to do a battery change. He recommended a place that was also super helpful. Bob also let me know to hang on to my receipt for a battery swap reimbursement for my old battery and if I had any issues with my new battery in the future I would be able to walk into any NAPA auto parts and be assisted as long as I held on to my receipt. read more

I have been coming to this store for a number of years and in all those years NEVER once have I experienced such horrible customer service!!! This has happened to me the last few times I have been in there and I am not to sure if I will be going back in there as long as that person is working there, I heard one of the guys call her Silvia, that lady needs an attitude adjustment she acts like customers need them well let me tell you that cant be further from the truth! Even though Napas prices are a little bit higher then their competitors I have always came to this store to get good quality parts but what was number 1 on my list was the awesome customer service I had always experienced along with how knowledgeable and extremely helpful the sales people are if I liked being treated as if I am bothering someone by trying to buy things shoot I can just go to autozone or oreillys!! Looks like this place is losing its integrity and reputation ever since the owner sold the business. Its amazing but also terrible how 1 bad apple can ruin the bunch. Literally saved me! I have a brand new truck and was struck by a hit and run driver. I went in to see if they had scratch remover. Rigo and Sylvia literally walked out to my car to see the scratches. Was sold the wrong part, and was treated poorly upon return. Bought a starter motor for my truck. Told the gentleman exactly what make and model my vehicle was. It turned out to not be the right part, which I didn't learn until getting the old one out and trying to put the new one in. Upon bringing it back, the same gentleman who sold it to me said that he could not accept the return, as the part had been already "installed." Basically, the guy said it was too greasy. Trying to be calm, but stern, I explained that I bought the part with full confidence that it was what I needed (all the guy has to do, is click a few buttons to grab the right one for my make and model). I pressed that it wasn't fair, and that the part would inevitably end up greasy in the process of removal and installation. So the guy tells me to take it back and have it cleaned and "maybe they can take it back." So I ask him, "Got any paper towels?" Fifteen minutes later, I'm still standing at the counter wiping the ever loving **** out of this thing, piping mad, but keeping it to myself. After I get it cleaned, I get him to return it, and as he's ringing me up I tell him, "You gotta' see where I'm coming from here." To this, his coworker laughs out loud and walks away, and the original guy says, "Nope. Not really. You should have cleaned it first." Really? So *I am the jerk for having not cleaned THE WRONG PART THAT WAS A GIANT PAIN IN MY REAR TO DEAL WITH, which they could have totally cleaned with the many tools at their disposal. So I got laughed at, and basically humiliated for 15 minutes to get my 175 bucks back. Guess where I'm never shopping/recommending again? read more

This store is the place to go. Was racing at Laguna Seca and needed a bolt that had been lost off car. It was Sunday morning and didn't know area. Auto zone didn't even know a camaro is a Chevrolet. The 2 gentlemen working very cool and pointed me to bolt bins. After picking 5 or 6 bolts because didn't know correct size, they told me have a great race. Didn't charge me a dime. The battery in my car had died so I reserved a lower grade, cheaper battery online that I could pick up at the store. When I brought my old battery in to exchange for the new one, the guy behind the counter with the stretched lobes was super helpful and told me my battery might be salvageable and that they can test it and charge it for free. So I happily left my battery behind to charge for a few hours! When I went to pick it up, the lady that works there checked on it and said my battery didn't hold the charge and that I should buy a new one. SAD! However, she told me that she could pro-rate my old battery because it was a napa battery and sold me a brand new one for $58!! The battery I had reserved was quite a few levels down as far as quality goes and it would have cost me $85... Overall, this was such a pleasant experience and I will definitely be going back there for any future needs! read more
