I was more flustered that my child was inside without anyone and felt scared for her (she was fine!) I called Superior Towing, got an answer right away, was told they would be to us in 10 minutes (she was here quicker than that) and she unlocked the truck right away. I know she could hear the tears coming on the other end of the phone when I called, and she reassured me she would be right on the way. We are from a different area in NH, but I will recommend this company to anyone I know that may need it in this area, they made a very high stressful situation so much easier, smoother, and worry-free. After our third cancellation at 7pm, I received a call from Thumbs up, that they were coming to our rescue. They kept us updated on their arrival time and drove well out of their area to come help us. They were courteous, told us exactly what they were doing, and for everyone's safety, checked our ID's to make sure we were the ones who were supposed to be at this car to be opened. These guys damaged my brothers car in front of me, i made the police report and the guy who towed…read moreit is just an employee and continues to claim he is the owner and that its not his problem and to get an attorney. We'll I have one but I know he is not the owner because after continuously calling asking to speak with the real owner this employee crashed out at me and said "good tell the fucking owner, I hope that douche fires me so I dont have to keep dealing with assholes like you" after damaging my brothers car so bad we could not even move it from where he dropped it. I will be taking legal action and a second police report has been filed. This man rummage through my brothers car as well and laughed when asked about it. When I told him he could continue to make it worse for himself or get me the owner he laughed and said "no I think I should make this worse"
