They winterized it, stored it, and got it ready for a June pick-up. I'm now dealing with the service department, and I feel they are bending over backwards to accommodate us. I needed to have a light replaced on my car and the repair shop quoted $110 for the part. Instead, I decided to walk into local auto parts stores to comparison shop and see if someone might also install, as auto repair work is prohibited on the property where I live. O'Reilly was my second stop and gave an extremely reasonable price and comparable to Amazon. Thomas behind the counter said they didn't do installations but he'd give me permission to do it myself in their parking lot. I replied that installation was my holdup. A few minutes later, he hinted that someone might be able to help me if I came early the next day when the part was in. To my great appreciation, that's exactly what they did. While the job was simple, it wasn't exactly easy in the effort involved and I was happy to give the guy a tip.

I don't know anything about the mechanics of a car and they could have told me just about anything and I would have said, Ok how much? The mechanic could not have been nicer. His name was Sean and he said that the sound was from slight uneven tire wear, but the tires were still good and perhaps next season I may need 2 new tires. Since nothing needed to be done they didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. Super service! Really happy to speak to a nice honest person! Already made an appointment to bring my other car to them for service!!

I had an electrical system problem in my Toyota Camry and was 3 hours from home vacationing at Newfound Lake (awesome lake BTW). It was a Saturday and no repair shop was open. I am fairly handy with a car buy not a mechanic by any means. When I pulled in and asked for help, they came out and diagnosed my problem. I didn't even have to ask. The issue was an alternator so I decided to tackle the job that day. Devan came out and helped me remove the belt and loosened a couple bolts so I could the alternator out. He them came out after he got out of work to help me put the new one in. I would have eventually got it in but he saved me about 3 hours. Because I was there for a few hours, I got to see how they treated other customers. Same thing, incredibly helpful to everyone who came in. Devan and guys, again, I can't thank you enough for the help you gave me that day. What a blessing!!!!

We have had two campers have major repairs done by Mike Jr. No major problems with the quality (except attention to details. . .) but, unless you want to be given empty promises and poor follow up, as well as frustration re: how long it takes to get the work completed, I suggest you find somewhere else to get work done on your camper. It was more than A YEAR from when the damage occurred to when the repairs were close to being completed - and when I called him out on it and expressed my frustration, I was met with hostility and anger from him. WE ended up contacting the manufacturer and getting the last piece shipped to us and installing it ourselves. So, my recommendation is IF YOU HAVE to go there for repairs, have it IN WRITING a timeline by which the work will be done and the consequences (to them) that will happen if the deadline is not met. Make our mistake your warning.
