I had said "isn't it your job to serve your customers?" Just don't understand the lack of good customer service. Besides that experience everything else was fine.

The buck toothed beaver mascot is charming enough, but seeing it printed on everything from onesies to throw pillows to mugs had me wondering how big of a Buc-ee's superfan could one be? Apparently devoted enough to sustain an entire merchandise empire. The food ailes were just as robust. Branded pasta sauces, honey, spices, jams, and even bath and body products lined shelf after shelf. In a zombie apocalypse, you could probably survive stocking up here alone. I was most amused by lotion and soap scented like bucees praline pecans, one of their most popular snacks. I also love their bread. It does expire faster, but that's actually a good thing since it has minimal ingredients. I just pop it in the freezer and take it out when needed and it tastes exactly the same. The quality is great, and the bread is pretty affordable for how clean the ingredient list is. The ambience is great and honestly one of my favorite parts of shopping here. The store feels clean, calm, and enjoyable to walk through, which makes the experience better overall. Service can be okay. Most of the time it's fine, but occasionally the cashiers near the beverage area can come off a bit rude. It's not a huge issue and hasn't stopped me from shopping here. Yes, it can be expensive if you grab the wrong items, but the 365 brand is usually much more affordable and still great quality. You could walk around while you charge but not much beyond that.
