To my Saturday delight, I interacted with an employee there named Jimmy, who was so helpful and explaining that they took tap payment and how long I had to wait until my car was serviced. He was so pleasant to speak to while I waited, and we shared stories about our careers and just being born and raised in Brooklyn, before I knew it my car was finished! I paid and I was done in less than 20 minutes. A mechanic was even gracious enough to back it out of the shop into oncoming traffic, which I was scared to do!
