The SC Center is within several fast food restaurants including Arby's, Bojangles, Chick-fil-a, Subway, Taco Bell, Burger King and the Lowes Food has a Boars-head deli, local and foreign beer and wine center, coffee bar and a Sammy sandwich bar that is Open Daily from 0700 to 2200 and has clean rest rooms that are to the far left wall when walking into Lowes main entrance past the check-out registers. The SC Center has its own rubbish and recycling bins and is well lit at night. There is also a drive thru Zips car wash directly across Stadium Drive and a couple of local banks with drive thru ATMs if your needing cash. * I will need to update this post in a few months to see when the SCs here in Clemmons are being used the most (01/2023)

After a couple days and disappointments closer to home I was back up fixing to drive off with the remaining trailer. The whole purchase thing went pretty well: ask some questions, sign some papers, review some forms, do the cash-for-goods exchange. Then before you leave you have to/get to walk through the hook-up check list with a real live person to ensure that lights and chains and receivers and tires and all that are functioning as intended. Once around the lot to see how the trailer trails (tracks a little left) air up the tires and out. What a way to do business! Did I mention they was friendly?

Ryan gave me the anticipated total and I was off to the waiting area. The seating is actually pretty comfortable which helps when you have to hunker down and spend a couple to a few hours with them. There is a TV and a beverage bar, but I am usually super happy looking at the newer MINIs or sitting down rocking out to the iHeart radio playlist. Mixture of 80s 90s with a sprinkle of current. I pretty much know every song that comes through. lol The customer service team comes in and most speak when passing by the waiting area. Not offended, but it would be nice for everyone to at least acknowledge. They KNOW we are spending a pretty penny here (thanks BMW ). Aaaannnnnyyyyway!!!! I have zero grievances with my service. I trust that the technicians know the vehicle and will do what is best. Which leads to a very nice touch which is the technician's personal video uploaded to you via text----introducing themselves to you as the one who has serviced your vehicle and they begin to show you recommended areas for repair opportunity . They take the time to actually show you and explain the issue telling you whether it is urgent or can wait until next service. To me, that service is invaluably top notch. I've never encountered a run around with my service, never had to return the vehicle because something was not done properly. The cramped location of the starter kept me from doing the ol' hammer trick to get it going long enough to get home, so I called our auto insurance company who promptly sent a tow truck. Having done business with Parrish Tire a decade ago before we moved away, there was no question where I was having our car taken for the starter. I called the Summit Square location and was told they could get to it first thing the next morning. I rode in with the tow driver and then met with the counter staff at Parrish to do all the paperwork. They offered me a loaner car, but then realized it was already promised to another customer. Not a problem as I had already reserved a rental. The starter was replaced the next morning, and the car was available for pickup before lunch. Parrish continues to be my go-to place for automotive service.

Any professional store should stand by their products and offer solutions when they sell something even if it is a junk product that they chose to sell in their store. Drivers tend to use this part of reynolda as a speedway lol Customer service: Dave is extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything cars and the way they run. I have also heard him guide business to others when it's not his specialty (body care etc.) which I respect. He has a great mechanic named Mike on his team there and between the two of them I know I am safe when I drive out. Oil changes are never more than 30-45 min. and other services like brake pads etc. have always taken alot less time than expected. There have been several times they recommend a service in a certain amount of miles and would never put pressure on it being done immediately unless it absolutely needed it. They are both very friendly and explain everything very well Pricing: very affordable. The breakdowns of all service is always clear and transparent. Very happy customer
